Q: i puked on my carpet then i scrubed it with soap and water. just wanna know if that'll cause mold to occur?: it won't cause mould to occur so long as you gently go over the stain with warm water and a bit of washing powder,not with any foam or mousse as they will bleach your carpets(they really do bleach).after that,go over it again with just warm water and soak out moisture with a towel or tissue paper.when completely dry,lightly sprinkle talcum powder over it to keep away any smells.don't hoover it off,just let it get walked into the carpet and hoover it the day after.

If you are going to show the horse then yes you will need to rug it. If you clip it it will need a rug. If it is very thin then again rugs have their place. Having said that mine are just for pleasure and I don't rug. It takes alot of hassle out of looking after them. I don't have to worry if it is too hot or cold, did or didn't I take the rug off and then the weather changed? We get everything from snow through to 40 deg. Most horses are smart enough to get out of the rain or heat by moving into shelter. My horses are out in a paddock and do just fine. I have to tell you that my Whaler X mare is not too fond of the snow. She look at it as a personal insult, having spent most of her life in the Northern Territory. Were as my daughters pony just turns into a mamoth look a like during the winter. The other up side of not rugging is that rugs rip and need repair, this can add up. I rugged my mare the first winter she was down here, thought I was doing the right thing. By the end of winter I had two rugs that where more patches than original rugs, they had been brand new. Q: Just wondering if anyone knows a product that will loosen carpet glue without ruining the finish on a terrazzo floor... the previous owners of our house covered up the terrazzo with carpeting and glued down the padding... not a lot of glue, but enough for me to say bad words, and I'd really like to take some of the carpeting out, but can't afford to have someone else come in to refinish the terrazzo at this point...Anyway, does anyone know of anything I could use?: complicated one that.
