Then remove the bowl from your microwave as the vinegar in the steam will of loosened all dirt in your microwave then squeeze out your dish cloth and wipe the inside of the microwave and the dirt just disappears onto your cloth. 2 seconds and my microwave is clean and dont discard the vinegar water untill after you have finished cooking as it will absorb all the cooking smells from your kitchen.. Vinegar is also good for sunburn even on children. I bought a book called the vinegar book and their are 1000s of things you can use vinegar for including a gargle for sore throats provided it is diluted with water of course so I would advise anyone to buy themselves a copy of the vinegar book Vinegar is a disinfectant and I only buy the cheapest bottle I can see on the supermarket shelf and it works the same as the dear stuff. One last important thing although I put vinegar in my bath water in hospital after an operation please keep it away from the eyes. And one last thing vinegar is a disinfectant But it must be kept away from the eyes.
