- Hi there I don't know what your budget is but if I had a baby I would do one of two things. remove the carpet and put down a floating floor and use a baby blanket or barricade off a section section of floor make sure that section is again properly covered with baby blanketing

- It depends on the size of the rug. I would say anything bigger than a 4 X 6 rug should not be washed in a top loader.

- Place 3 or 4 layers of paper towel on the wax, and press it with a clothes iron on a lowish setting. The iron will melt the wax the towels will absorb it.

- no it shouldnt if you cleaned it well but just to make sure go over it again with some kind of strong cleaner or bleach and it should be fine
