5. RFQ
1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?
CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.
2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?
Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.
3> How about the Delivery time?
Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.
4> How can I get trained on CNBM products?
Yes, we provide training courses in our factory (products, general and specific pump technology, hydraulics, and practical applications). Please consult your sales manager or get in touch with our headquarters for more information.
5> Are your pumps cheaper than those of your competitors?
CNBM aims to give its customers the highest standards of quality and service and delivery times, all at a reasonable price.
6> Do you have self-priming pumps?
Yes, our product portfolio also includes two ranges of self-priming pumps: self-priming electric pumps and self-priming side channel pumps.
- Q: what water pump is on a 1978 mercruiser 170hp 224cc 3.7 liter
- Got no partnumbers but.. the 3.7 is a Ford engine and dont know from your question if you mean the circulation pump on the front of the engine or the raw water pump in the outdrive. This engine has a closed cooling system and uses coolant to cool the engine pumped around by the circ. pump on the engines front. The water to cool the heat exchanger (and so the coolant) is pumped up by the outdrive pump. Mostly when the engine runs hot the outdrive impeller is worn out and need to be changed or the raw water system can be cloged up by debris.
- Q: I took out the thermostat, filled coolant level to upmost, my car still overheats, it doesnt leak ne where. How can I tell if the water pump is workin?
- if you can look down inside the radiator watch the water see how it moves.... check you hoses if any of them are soft or fat looking.... and it dont have to leak to be bad but in most cases it leaks..... most of the time when a car over heats its a flow thing
- Q: I've got a 1997 Ford Probe, taken it to a couple different places; whenever I drive my vehicle, it tends to want to overheat. I don't drive it to the point where it does though, I know that could cause more damage! I've noticed that when I go out to my car in the morning, there's some coolant on the ground by the front passenger's tire. Before I drive it I fill it with coolant, as to try to keep it from overheating while driving.I've been told that it's the water pump leaking from 2 people but then the last person said there's no leakage. I'm wondering if it might be something else? Maybe a thermostat, a hose, maybe? How would I figure this out???
- Sounds like it's probably the water pump to me too. It's easy to tell though, just get it on a lift and take a look at the water pump. If it's leaking out of the weeping hole, it's toast. Don't power wash an engine unless you want to risk very expensive repairs from water being forced into places it's not supposed to be. Odds of the pump locking up and leaving you stranded before those bearings get VERY upset, start screaming and dumping fluid like there's a hole in the system is a hundred to one. You should be able to limp it to a shop just fine when it gets worse. Just be careful not to overheat and you'll be fine. (I did say 1 in a hundred, you're not super unlucky, are you?)
- Q: When we turn our water on in the house it will run for a while and then shut off.. It has been coming back on after 5 0r 6 mins.it used to do this about once a week but now it does it every day we don't mess with any breakers because they don't get triped . We are on well and this well is about 7 yrs old anyone have an idea what could be the problem .. If any more info is needed I can reply..
- Would say the pressure switch is bad. You might try TURNING OFF THE POWER to the well. Use a voltage tester to make sure it is off. Use a finger nail file to file the contacts of the switch, make sure they are clean and smooth when you are through. Turn power on and watch operation of the switch, If you have a pressure gage at the switch the switch should make at about 30 psi and open at about 50 psi. If you have to replace switch be sure and add a pressure gage as it is very helpful in setting switch and troubleshooting system..
- Q: Home water well is artesian, to holding tank. I am needing to replace my pump yearly. Inside of the pump is rusted, this causing a real loud whining sound before failure. Pump motor isn't failing, the inside of the pump ends up freezing loosing the ability to spin.Any suggestions as to why?
- that's a vague description of the pump. theres several types of pumps too. you need to either shield the pump, or move it to a different location, so its nots moist and damp all the time. drop a sand point down to the well, seal the well from the pump , or buy a different type. call a well service and ask them your options. good luck man! gee, that must get expensive.
- Q: we are trying to replace a water pump on our ford windstar mini van. my uncle cant figure it out and we can not get a manual until tomorrow. was wondering if anyone knew how. thanks

- Q: it just go? I was told that my water pump had leaked at least for awhile before it went and if it had been in the garage someone competent should have noticed it. Then other people have told me No it just goes.whats accurate?
- You can have a small leak for a long time before a complete failure. Some cars, it's harder to inspect the front of the block than others. It's possible that even a good mechanic wouldn't have noticed it if all he's doing is a quick oil change. You might have noticed it yourself: a water pump leak would leave you with a sweet smell after you park. You might even notice it while driving, if the fumes get pulled into the car.
- Q: I have a 1995 Honda Civic LX 1.5L that needs the water pump and timing belt replaced. What all part do I need to order to replace all of that?
- HOW MANY MILES! This is a TOUGH CALL because a CONTINENTAL TIMING KIT for a HONDA is about $200 with NEW WATER PUMP PULLEYS and and BELT! A HIGH MILEAGE HONDA from taht year may bend a few VALVES if the belt breaks BEFROE you repalce it! Thsi wil requrie a NEW HEAD GASKET and a few new VALVES! AT this time NEW VALVE SEALS can be installed! An independent shop can do ALL THIS for about $1400-1500! he BELT KI is like waht I said here! OTHERWISE use ONLY GENUINE HONDA PARTS int here! teh CONINENAL kits are GREAT and made to HONDA PRECISION as well! PULLEYS and ENSIONERS are involved in thsi process, and only GENUINE HONDA COOLAN should be used ONLY! NO PRESTONE! Stay away from VALVOLINE OIL as well, it is made by WAX REDUCTION METHOD!
- Q: i want to change the water pump on my on a 70 hp (70C) nissan outboard motor and i never pulled a lower unit, not sure what to expect thanks for any help
- hi you need to get the workshop manual for your motor. You can go to the library I am sure they will have one. The basics though... make sure you have a lower unit gaskey set, a full water pump rebuild kit and the correct impellor. You need the manual so that you can locate the correct bolts to loosen and the procedure for disconecting the gear shifting mechanism. With the manual its an easy job. without.. its kind of pot luck if you have never done it before. I have changed impellors and water pumps on many different boat motors and i have aways used the manuals. Even now I would still use the manual as a reference to change the impellor and water pump housing in my Johnson even though i have done it before. The manual will probily cost about $25 but it will save you hundreds in the long run as you will be able to trouble shoot other problems.
- Q: Pump performance parameters have three sets of data, how to understand the flow, lift, flow speed
- The middle parameter is the rated value. The lower limit is the maximum. General use of valve control.
