1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?
CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.
2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?
Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.
3> How about the Delivery time?
Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.

- First let me say the GOOD LORD was watching over you. You NEVER NEVER NEVER open a radiator cap when it is hot. Had a friend do that and he now has scars on his chest where the water sculled him. Yes it is working. What you need to do is change the thermostat. But please wait until the engine is cool to the touch.

- I had a jet pump to run my whole house on my farm. It was placed in the basement, but it could be in a back room, too and they are pretty quiet these days. Does it freeze inside the cabin? I assume not. having it inside means if you have trouble even in freezing weather you can work on it in comfort. The end of the pie into your water tank will need a foot valve to keep the pipe filled so you don't have to prime the pump ( not a handy thing to have to do all the time). Other than that, the system is operated with electricity and a pressure switch which is settable. It will not run all the time this way. Not sure anymore but, for example the switch might be set to come on at 50PSI and shut off at 125PSI. You can tell by the switch or get a recommendation from the store where you buy it. - Q:My 2000 Chevy Cavalier (2.4L) has been overheating pretty majorly (within a 10 minute drive!) when it's been super cold out, about 5F. I took it to the shop and they told me it was my water pump. Right after getting out of the shop, the problem went away for an entire week and the car's temperature has been at exactly what it's been for years - never past 195. It seems to be back now, though not as severe. - They were trying to do you a favor silly. When you took it in they checked it out and found that the water pump was leaking, an expensive job on that engine. You probably said something to make them believe that you don't have the money to fix it right away so they topped up your coolant reservoir and your car ran just fine until it leaked out and started overheating again. You will be buying an engine or junking this car very soon if you don't repair the water pump. OK, but they did top up the coolant trying help you, but you're not listening....
- Q:i have recently taken of my whole water pump cover to drain the fluid, not knowing that there was a drain screw to do it.So when i took it off, i broke the seal, and now the coolant constantly drips 24/7 until i have none left, nearly blew my head gasket the other day.I was going to get a new part, but then a friend told me about locktite to seal it shut so that it does not leak????Is this the super glue stuff orrrrr? :(Please help me and links would be good so i know what to getThanks you very much!
- DPO, You will need the water pump gasket, water pump gasket sealant and the manual. DO NOT USE SUPER GLUE. Remove the cover [after draining the coolant this time] and clean everything up nice and dry. Resist the urge to scrape and gouge the parts with a screw driver to remove the old gasket material. you can use a scotchbrite pad to clean it all up. [no, steel wool cannot be used] Use a THIN film of sealant on each side of the gasket [NO, more is not better] and bolt it back together gently or you risk cracking the pump cover. Don't forget to refill with coolant and recheck after it has warmed up and cooled again.Get the manual before you do any more damage. You didn't give the year or exact model 85 so the link below is just for example.

- If your talking about the water pump for a car it doesn't have any pumps those would be the radiator pumps that are connected to the water pump and transmission which keeps the radiator and transmission at a temperature that keeps the vehicle from over heating. If you have a overheating car and a mechanic told you your water pump has a leak then sorry you would have to replace the water pump but just don't go to a popular mechanic for that because it can get really expensive do your research and find you someone with a garage it cheaper because the part itself is not that expensive it putting it in that cost lol. - Q:and it still runs about every 1/2 hr even if you are not using water. I have no leaks from the pump thought the house so I think the problem is between the house and the well. I can't hear or see any leaks in the elbows in the well. I tried to pull the foot valve up but can't get it out. I replaced the pump cause it was worn out and it was running every 15 min. Do I need to set the pressure on the new one it cuts off at 42 and on at 20 psi and what else could cause it to run when it shouldn't? I know I should call a plumber, but haven't worked in months and can not afford one.
