Charicteristics of CAM rotor water pump

self priming diesel engine pump

1.  As it has the function of self priming, no foot valve is needed, you only need to inject water into pump in first time.

2.  it has a compact structure, easy to ues and maintain.

 split case diesel water pump

  1. it has a wide flow range, runs smoothly, there is little fluctuation on flow and pressure

  2. simple transmission mechanism

  3. smaller size, less components and size.

CAM rotor water pump

  1. long life span

  2. reliable, less failure, better sealed and low noise.

  3. applicable for liquid with viscosity below 20000CP and liquid with particles.

  4. able to transmit mixture of air, solid, liquid.

multi stage diesel engine pump

  1. endurable for high pressure

  2. small flow(18-155cbm/hour), big head( as large as 270m)

mix flow diesel engine pump

it has a wide flow range as large as 3400cbm/hour.

if the inlet or out let of pump is larger than 200mm, it will be very diffult to transport and assemble the pipe and PVC tape, so we use converter on the pump, then, when you purchase a pump with 500mm inlet or outlet, you can assemble 150mm or 200mm size pipes on the pump set.

its another advantage is, you can pump water at one place and distribute the water to different places, below is engneering case for this part:

Q: 2 different pulleys are in the way of the 2 remaining long bolts. at each end of the pump. tensioner did not need to be moved as belt is already off. Motor mount is 1/2 way removed and motor has dropped slightly gt; Am reading a jack must be placed under motor with wood via oil pan ( am hoping no other damage was done) Am told there is a certain device available to remove the pulleys? ... -Would appreciate anyone's info and advice on the remaining steps to this procedure on this make and model engine. as I have come into it obviously with it having begun the wrong way!! Thanks!!
to get the water pump out you need to remove the water pump pulley first it has four 10 mm bolts (I have seem them with 8 mm bolt with a large shoulder on them too ) you can break the bolts loose one of 2 ways 1) put a long screwdriver between the two of the bolt to hold the pulley in place while u break one loose then spin the pulley around rinse and repeat once there all loose u can turn them out by hand and pull off the pulley some time u have to give the pully a little tap to come off you shouldn't need to take off the motor mount unless u plan on chaging the serpintine belt ? be sure once you get the pump off you clean the block side of the surface really good with a scraper make sure u get all the old gasket off the block side so it will seal right when u install the new pump I also recommend a tube of ultra black rtv sealant and only black I have used blue silicone before on many occasion and it has failed me I only use black rtv plus it makes it a lot easier if you have to replace the pump in the future as it come off a little easyier hope this helps a little good luck may the car gods be with you also I would recommend doing a back flush with warm or hot water and using the old school green antifreeze either full or 50/50 mix Dexcool orange has a very well know issue of eating gaskets and putting engine into a vapor lock very costly to fix
Q: water pump and thermostat were replaced 18 months ago motors done about 20 hrs since replacement have checked and there are no blockagers in water tube what could be the problem thanks
Sounds to me like your impeller is shot. Just because the water pump was replaced, chances are the impeller wasn't.
Q: starting from the water pump, and returning to the water pump
Most cooling systems pump the coolant out of the engine through the top radiator hose. In the radiator. Out the radiator through the bottom hose. A by-pass system can be found on most cars and it includes the water pump and smaller diameter hose.l these smaller hoses rout the collant to certain components such as the heater core (which provides passenger compartment comfort). There many other variables depending of the car. Engine oil coolers. Intake manifold warm-up passages, I may be leaving some info out here but that is pretty much your basic cooling system routing. Best wishes.
Q: okay i observed and found out my water pump is leaking from a hole in it. after doing research i am told this is where it usually is suppose to leak from. anyway i read instructions for my car(92 fwd celica) and they say people have to remove the fan or something. my pump is under my alternator so i dk what fan they speak of. the only fan i see is by my radiator. all i see is remove the alternator(did it before) and remove the pump. is this correct. help.
you want a undeniable gadget. Does the fan grasp have a huge nut top at the back of it the place it connects to the water pump? it is is likewise left hand thread. meaning you may pass top to loosen the fan grasp. go away the serpentine belt on. It helps save tension on the water pump pulley. while you're speaking related to the 4 bolts that connect the fan grasp to the watter pump. All they do is take away the pulley.
Q: I would like to have a water pump/valve that I can tie into my house water and will run on a timer. Kind of like a sprinkler system but not so expensive an on a much smaller scale. Basically what I am trying to do is set up an auto-watering (from the tap) system for my animals when I am away for a day or two. I know this is more in the lines of a pet category but than again - not really.
Your okorder /... You can get a hose connection adapter for your tap. You could make one yourself with a toilet float valve. Setting up a pump on a timer may cause you a flood or water damage. It's not a good idea to leave such a system unattended for a few days. You might be better off my leaving several water bowls out if it's only a few days. Good luck!
Q: Power went out of my house and we just had it restored, though now the water is no longer running. We called the people who installed our pump and they told us they would need to dig up the well which is going to cost $1500. However i remember a time before where this happened and all we needed to was reset the switch. Do you think these ppl are trying to get me for my money? Does anyone know if there is a less expensive way?
you do not usually have to dig up a well there could be several causes Some pressure switches are low pressure cutoff type if you lost pressure the switch needs to be reset the little silver handle on the side of the pressure switch needs to be lifted until pressure builds up Lightening might have hit the casing and burned a wire or even fried the pump although with breakers and safety switches that is unlikely. If your pump has a control box either in the pump house or the basement remove the screw and take the cover off if you smell or see something burnt go to lowes and buy a new box $45 max. If the wire is burned it is most likely right at the well cap itself turn the breaker off and remove the cap carefully pull the slack wire up and check a plumber should fix for no more than $100. If the pump is gone it will require the pump to be pulled if it is a submersible this may cost you up to$1000 . If you have an above ground jet pump that lost the prime just remove the fill cap and fill with water to restart the prime Sorry for the long answer just wanted to touch all bases
Q: Fully automatic self-priming pump
It's difficult to answer your question only from the name you give! There are many automatic self suction pumps on the market. Generally, the pump outlet is equipped with a pressure switch. It starts automatically when the pressure is low, and stops after a certain pressure. If the pump outlet is the pool (water tank), then it is not a simple "automatic self-priming pump".It is an automatic water supply system. The whole system includes water pump, water tank, liquid level meter, electromagnetic starter (contactor), switch and so on
Q: i have an underground water tank, my jet pump went out again, got a new one, waiting for the guy to come install it. i got an old fashioned iron hand pump, for when the electric, or the pump goes out again, i can pump out water. got pipes, fittings, foot valve. i just dont know what kind of base to make ,to bolt pump to, over the pipe that will come out of the ground. any ideas?
you can make a wooden floor cover using a treated good lumber of 1 X 6 for the floor and 2 X 6 lumber for the floor joist. assemble the 2X6 lumber for the floor joist. depending on the top area of your water tank. arrange the floor joist at 0.60 meter spacing and 1.2 meter braces. after that, use 1X6 lumber as flooring with at least 2 cm spacing between lumber. as on the base of your pump, you can reinforce it by adding 2X6 braces. use a lug bolt depending on the size of the slot at the base of your pump then bolt it on top of the 1X6 flooring. its better if we can draw it here to make it easier to understand and explain i dont know if this can help much because we havent seen the actual situation of your tank and your pump.
Q: 22KW pump motor direct start circuit breaker and contactor size? Concrete calculation method
It's better not to start directly. It's a great test for your motor and contactor. Do a star three start, conditional on doing a star three plus autotransformer start, reducing the starting current. Reduce future maintenance costs. Since do not think about every day to do pump repair.
Q: i am not sure whether the water pump is bad or how much water should come out of exhaust.
It may not be your water pump at all. It could be a blown head gasket or a cracked block. Do you drive it very much? If you do and it doesn't totally overheat, it isn't your water pump. Water pumps usually tend to make a lot of noise when they go bad. Depending on the temperature of the air where you live, I would say don't worry too much about white clouds coming out of your exhaust. You do notice I said white? Condensation in an exhaust pipe is normal. Check the little stuff first. Check your thermostat and radiator cap first. Those are inexpensive. Have your radiator checked at the local Mom and Pop radiator shop where they will also check your hoses and engine oil, to see if it looks like mud. That will tell you if you have a cracked block. Total overheating can be a blown head gasket which is expensive because of labor. The parts cost is minimal, it is just a total b i t c h because you have to get the whole top of the motor off. Have your freeze plugs checked too and if they are plastic, have them replaced with brass ones. It is a very old vehicle and you are going to be looking at some money to fix things. I hope I helped, although you didn't tell me the name of the vehicle. That would help a bit more and if you know it is the water pump, go get a new one!!!!!!! And check your fan belts too while you're at it. Good luck! :) I'm just a dumb lady...lol!
