3. Operation Condition of WQ Series Sewage Submersible Pump
1). Rated Voltage: 380V(660V), Frequency: 50Hz, 3-phase AC.
2). Temperature of medium under 40ºC.
3). PH value: 4~10.
4). Volume ratio of solid in medium below 2%.
5). Density of medium should be lower than 12000kg/m³.
4. Structure Characteristic of WQ Series Sewage Submersible Pump
WQ series submersible sewage pump is equipped with status indicator and protection device to ensure for pump safe and reliable operating.
1). The unique cable airproof is adopted, avoid leakage of cable.
2). Heat protector in stator assure of operating life of the motor.
3). The pump adopts outer recycling cooling design with motor power more than 18.5kw, which can keep the pump operating safely under the lowest water level.
4). A floating switch is installed at the bottom of motor chamber to protect the mechanical seal in the motor side.
5). The oil-water probe is installed at the up end of the oil chamber between pump and motor that can protect the mechanical seal in the side. If leakage occurs, the system will signalize and start protection.
6). Adopt perfect mechanical seal, the sealing material adopt tungsten carbide, silicon carbide and hard metal alloy, which can prevent the water from entering into the motor, and keep the operating reliable and safety.
7). The auxiliary impeller can balance the pressure outside of the mechanical seal, prevent the water entering into the oil chamber and prolong the life of the motor.
8). Unique impeller design, wide passage allow large solid and long fiber passing through freely, it features non-clog, convolve-proof and good passing ability.
9). The changeable wearing ring is installed between the impeller and the volute to keep the optimum operation conditions.
5. Impeller Design Characteristics of WQ Series Sewage Submersible Pump

- Q: I just opened up the water pump on my '86 cr250 and found it to be pretty dry. Found out why as soon as I threw some light on it. - Appears your cooling system has not been flushed for years thus the build-up of slime, (seems maybe even 'dry-slime'). The cooling system should be flushed clean, a new water pump and gaskets installed.

Install the lifting eye to the exhaust manifold (9430). Attach engine lifting equipment and raise the engine 127 mm (5 inches). Remove the bolt and the accessory belt idler pulley. Remove the bolts and the generator support bracket. Remove the four bolts and the water pump pulley (8509). Remove the water pump. Remove the five nuts. Remove the five studs. Remove the four bolts. Remove the water pump, lower tube and gasket as an assembly.

- Most likely the thermostat. If there is no leak that's most likely. That plug could go to the fan sensor, but I think F-150 fans were belt driven. More likely it goes to the temp guage. If you have an electric fan, check to see if it goes on.

- Hey follow Mark T's Instructions, But I always place the lower unit in full forward gear first it makes it easier to line up the drive shaft by giving the prop a tweak and its easier unless you have someone to turn the flywheel for you.

- Q: 2005 pontiac grand prix 3.8 v6There is a scratching type of noise when i start the car. Looked under the hood and it seemed to be coming from the serpentine belt.Took the belt off and and checked the pulleys for any play and turned out the water pump pulley wobbles back and forth too much. Replaced the belt with a new one and want to replace the pulley. It does not seem to have a loose screw so i'm wondering if i can take the pulley itself off and replace it, or would i have to replace the pump too? Still makes the noise with new belt and you can see the pulley wobble a bit when the car is running.

- The water pump will not spray coolant over the engine bay area. This is a sign of a heater hose split, which is far easier and less expensive to repair. But, call your manager and tell you you wont be in until the car is repaired. Driving it this way will overheat the engine and cause even more potential and expensive problems. See if any neighbor can help until you can get to the repair shop or just tow the car, this will save your engine to last many more useful years. good luck.......
