5. RFQ

1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?

CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.

2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?

Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.

3> How about the Delivery time?

Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.

4> Is it really necessary to fit a bleed valve for the boxes?

It is always best to have a bleed valve as the gas produced by the fermenting sewage is potentially hazardous.

5> If I increase the power of the motor, must I also increase the power of the inverter?

You must select the size of converter that allows maximum absorption of the electric motor.

6> Do you have pumps with grinders?

    Yes, the WQ models.

Q: I just noticed a slight leak from my water pump. About the size of my fist. I called one mechanic and was told the 2001 BMW Z3's water pump seals are tight and do not leak with the car is running (engine is hot) but once the car cools the water pump seals expand resulting in the small leak, that I shouldn't worry about it unless it leaks more, the engine over-heats, or dash light turns on. The BMW said I should have the water pump replaced but he may have just said that to make a repair sale. Anyone out there know the truth?
Rarely do BMW water pumps leak a lot. Most would not even leak when pressure-tested by a mechanic (for a few minutes). But a leaky pump would leak when the engine runs and specially when it is pressurized and allowed to sit overnight. Usually the seal itself does not cause the leak. It is the wornout bearing which allows the pump's shaft to wobble and thus allow coolant to leak. Overheating due to air getting inside the cooling system is big trouble. But bigger trouble still is a catastrophic failure due to failed/seized water pump bearings. Have it replaced. And the previous statement that your car is about due for hoses and thermostat replacement is correct. There is even a chance that the thermostat is allowing the cooling system to get over-pressurized and thus results in coolant leaks. Replacing the pump is good, replacing the thermostat in addition is better, replacing also the hoses is best. If you can afford it.
Q: okay i just put a new camshaft in my truck and before my water pump seemed to work but it leaked a little bit but my truck never got hot well i drove it a little bit after puting in the new camshaft and the top radiator hose and heater hose was warm but the bottom radiator hose was cold so i think my water pump went out but not to sure thanks to any answers
when your water pump goes out, either it will leak from the weep holes which are the holes drilled in the pump by the manufacturer or around the pulley. If that is happening then its your pump. The other thing to check would be your thermostat, check this by turning your truck on and leaving the lid of the radiator. check the temperature of the water in the radiator with your finger if it warms up in ten minutes then its not your thermostat, if the water level goes down ( like lack of water) then its the pump.
Q: We usually wait 4 - 5 minutes for hot water in our master bath. I've been looking into ricirculation pump systems. This would have to be a retro-fit system since some of the lines run through concrete slab making adding a return loop on the line non-feasible. I have found some people comment on simply using a by-pass valve system without a pump (ie. Hot Water Lobster). We do have hard water which I've also read that can present a problem with pumps dieing quite quickly. While I'd like it, I don't need 1 second hot water, but I can't stand wasting gallons waiting for 4-5 minutes. A reasonable 15-30 second wait would be a huge improvement. Has anyone had reasonable success with the bypass valve without the pump or should I plan on getting the pump too? Thanks in advance!
Get the pump, the valve is useless without it. Why anybody would advise you to put a tankless heater under the sink to remedy one faucet when the recirc system will do it for all your fixtures is beyond me.You will not need a return line with the rscirc system. They work good!
Q: water pump went out how do we find it where would it be located?
on front wheel drives they are on the passenger side. as your standing on the passenger side look down at the serpentine belt and there it is.
Q: What is the function of a submersible pump?
Submersible pump motor and pump is directly connected with the water pump body into the water to work, it is suitable for the extraction of groundwater from wells, can also be used in rivers, reservoirs, canals and other water projects: mainly used for irrigation and plateau in the drinking water, but also for the city, factories, railways, mining and construction site the use of water supply and drainage.Characteristics of submersible pumps for well1 、 motor, water pump, submerged operation, safe and reliable.2, the well pipe and pump water pipe without special requirements (i.e.: steel tube wells, tube wells, Doi ash can be used).3, installation, use and maintenance of convenient, simple, small footprint, do not need to build pumping stations. The structure is simple, and the raw materials are saved.4, submersible pump conditions are appropriate, properly managed, and has a direct relationship with the service life.
Q: 95 mustang leaking water pump changed the pump and its running backward now
Belt on wrong
Q: I've searched the net but cannot find exactly what I'm looking for and hoping someone out there can steer me in the right direction! Maybe I'm not looking in the right place....or do I have to fabricate my own? I'm up for the challenge!1) Trying to source a water pump that I'm going to power by HAND or a BICYCLE. 2) My choice of pump to give a continuous stream of water (very important) is a rotary (centrifugal) type or is there something else capable of a continuous output?3) This will NOT BE USED for potable water. SPECS:a) lightweight but durable, the smaller, the better. b) low RPM, high volume output and capable of producing/handling pressure. c) self-primingd) able to handle some small particulates in the water as I am using rain water. (from outside, NOT filtered, so the following may be present: bugs, dust, etc...) Thank you, in advance, for your help and would be nice to thank the individual(s) for a unique answer to my request at a later date so let me know you're preferred method of contact!
There are very small rotary water pumps designed to be driven with hand-held electric drills. These pumps may be purchased in some hardware stores or farm supply stores. One could be adapted to a bicycle- type drive. Small pumps have about a 50% efficiency so you would need to produce sustained muscle power applied at around 150-200 watts to achieve 75 -100 watts of effective hydraulics. Applied watts = (GPM) (PSI) / 1.277 million (eff.) Where eff. is as a decimal. Edit : A 3/8 drill will pull about 280 watts. I can do 200 watts on an exercise bike, but not for long. I am a 79 heart patient, so you can probably do better..
Q: I want to know the disadvantages of a wind powered water pump and if you have any questions you would ask to someone presenting to you about a wind powered water pump(They should be really hard and smart questions) please include them in your answer. Thanks in advance.
Disadvantage: No wind = no water Questions: 1. What is the minimum wind strength that would cause the pump to operate? 2. What is the maximum wind strength before the water pump needs to be disconnected for safety reasons? 3. What is the frequency of maintenance for the wind turbine and the water pump? 4. What is the conversion ratio from wind velocity to water flow rate?
Q: 89 Dodge van overheats, no water leak, replaced thermostat but still overheats.
um. yeah very good idea to replace it if you havent in a good while since you owned the vehicle. Oh and may as well do the timing belt or chain because u have to take it off to get to the water pump. also i would recommend a coolant flush to solve your over heating issues. If thats not the case.....check your heater core. symtoms of that are a leaky floorboard and smells of antifreeze coming from your vents as your heater is blowing.
Q: I am new to saltwater tank, and i what to add a sump to my tank, but I don't know what to add to it. what water pump? do i add the filter to the sump or does the filter stay in the tank.
If you're using a sump, the pump you use will have to be chosen based on the size of your tank and how much flow you need. The kinds of fully submersible pumps that are used for ponds and other aquarium applications are best. You really could put your filter on either, but most people I know that keep saltwater [and myself included] keep filters, heaters, and skimmers in the sump so they're out of sight. This also gives you more room in the display tank for live rock and fish if the equipment isn't crowded in there. All you really need to have in the display are powerheads to keep the water circulating so dead spots don't build up. And without the equipment hanging on the back, and only power cords coming out, you can use a glass cover to reduce evaporation and keep your fish from jumping out.
