1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?
CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.
2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?
Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.
3> How about the Delivery time?
Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.
4> Are your pumps cheaper than those of your competitors?

- Q:So I purchased this car last week. It ran great for three days until it started leaking water so much that it caused it to over heat. My uncle checked it out for me and said it was either the seal or the water pump. Yesterday we replaced the seal and still leaking water. So we now know it is the water pump. - It sounds fishy for sure. These repairs should not take so much time and if the timing belt is not synched correctly it can affect mileage. I suggest a second opinion by a pro.

- No. Absolutely not. New water pumps or remanufactured water pumps aren't that expensive. The money you would save doesn't justify the extra costs involved if the used pump ends up being bad. Used parts are fine to use for a lot of repairs - water pumps definitely aren't one of them.

- Q:We have a private well with a 40 year old water pump that is rusting away, and sounds like a truck. It's a double jet well pump sitting on a tank, with a second tank to one side that it's also connected to (with a thick pipe). - you reinstalled the old pump? most water pump area leaks are the water pump itself. it will have a small hole located near where the lower hose hooks up, that hole is called the weep hole. when a pump begins failing it begins weeping. a water pump for that vehicle is only about $30. so cheap you should never even think of reusing the old pump if you remove it for any reason. you'll need to replace teh gasket, again, and you'll want to use blue rtv high temp silicone lightly on the gasket.

- If you don't already know how to do it, then take it to a shop to have it done by the professionals. If you insist on trying it yourself, buy a Chilton's manual for your car, do some online research (with pictures), and buckle down. You will need to loosen the belts, remove the belts, remove the water pump, replace it, and reinstall everything. You will need to make sure that the belt is routed the correct way, or BOOM! You might also want to replace the timing belt while you're in there. It makes sense to replace it if you already are removing it, and the timing belt is something you can't afford to have go bad on you.
