Introduction of Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump ISG Series

ISG series single stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump is a high-efficient,energy-saving product successfully designed by means of adopting the property data of IS model centrifugal pump and the unique merits of vertical pump and strictly in accordance with ISO2858 world standard and the latest national standard JB/T53058-93 and an ideal product to replace IS horizontal pump, DL model pump and other ordinary pumps.

Features of Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump ISG Series
1. Easy to mount. Because the inlet and outlet is located on the same central line, the pump can be directly mounted on any part of the pipeline just as a valve. Covered with a rain-proof cap, it can be operated outdoors.
2. Impeller mounted directly on the long axis of the motor, pump and motor bearing arrangement is reasonable, pump operation can effectively balance the radial and axial loads, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration and low noise.
3. Mechanical shaft seal, use of imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium and high temperature mechanical seal with carbide materials, anti-wearing no leakage.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to open pipeline system, the rotation parts of the pump can be pulled out by removing the screws on the pump.
5. According to the needs of flow and head, the pump can be used in series or parallel operation mode.

Q: Would a bad water pump make a whinning sound when the engine is reved.....ive checked everything off as to why my car is running so hot and im down to the water pump.....ive put a New thermostat....no leaks anywhere.....no oil in coolant....no coolant in water.....no white smoke.....Fans do turn on.....new colant and i bleed the air out.....but the engine is still running really hot....my car calls for about 13 quarts of coolant but upon refil it took only about 4 quarts...... .. . uld this be signs of my water pump failing.....the pump is not leaking and when i took the housing off the water pump and turn the engine the blades did rotate...but at a higher rpm with the car together i heared weird noies kinda like a whinning sound from the water pump.....1995 Oldsmobile Aurora194,000Northstar 4.0 V8
NOTE... GM had a problem with the radiators filling with crap. If you can't put 13 qts. of coolant in it then you have a plugged radiator. Replacement is required.
Q: need to know the electrical connections for a Square D water pump pressure switch..Have a quot;blacka quot;Redand the quot;ground quot;of course
Appears okorder /.. Can't find a diagram so we'll work from memory and assume the terminals are marked L1, L2, T1,T2 (as in motor control): Line (supply) connects to L1 L2 Load (pump) connects to T1 T2 Both grounds connect to the switch's Ground screw L1 T1 are terminals on the same NC contact block likewise for L2 T2 L1 T1 are electrically isolated from L2 T2 GL...
Q: Theirs a house on a hill and a pond at the bottom of the hill what kind of pump can pull water 50ft up a hill?
You can not lift water by suction more that about 30 to 34 feet depending on the water's temperature. It will literally try to boil and the pump will lose suction. You can only push the water up the hill with the pump at are near the bottom of the hill.
Q: I am looking for a small water pump that I can turn on and off using a computer, preferably via USB. If someone could please post a link or a method of me doing this myself, I will be very appreciative.
Well I am going to tell you the best site that I have found about USB I/O. Here we can get USB Lab digital Input and Output data acquisition interfaces series are available in many different configurations. They support a wide variety of industrial automation I/O control, test and measurement applications by USB. For more details visit the following link and enjoy ...
Q: Is it a good idea to turn my pond water pump off at night and back on during the day to lower my electricity bill?
You have a few issues here. Your water that leaves when it's turned off - that's part of what's called your 'water in transit', the problem part is what can't be contained by your lower vessel when turned off. A surge tank can remedy this, as can other solutions - but I'd have to see it. Leaving it on 25/7 can eliminate this effect - until someone has to work on it. Off or not - if it is a sterile pond, you may only need 4 hrs a day for the sanitization, if your circulation is proper. If its a single pump setup, then override the timer to get the look (if you have a waterfall or fountain) when you want it. If it's a live pond, then it really needs to run all the time. These points are all part of a proper waterfeature design. Unfortunately, in this market, lots of folks and others are creating things which have the attributes you describe - and plenty more. It's like the professor of Landscape Architecture at the University of Arizona said, 'A waterfeature that is not properly designed and/or built is a planter waiting to happen'. Good Luck!
Q: guys i have a mini-water pump.....i wanna pump kerosene instead of water,to make a mini stove,on my own..my doubt is ...if the water pump is used to pump kerosene, will the kerosene ignite inside the pump itself or will cause any problem..i just want the pump to pump kerosene....will it ignite inside of the pump, because the pump runs on electricity....can u clear my doubt
Is the motor of the pump built-in so that the pumped fluid flows through the motor also? If the answer to the question is yes then do not use the pump for pumping kerosene. However, if the pumped liquid does not come in contact with motor then you can use the pump for pumping kerosene. But ensure that the pump shaft seal is of mechanical type (so that kerosene does not leak from the shaft sealing area) with parts (specially any rubber parts) compatible with hydrocarbons (use viton rubber parts instead of EPDM)
Q: How many pumps does a 50 meter water head use?
Considering the pipe resistance and the water head, it is recommended to use the pump at 65 meters or so!
Q: Any ideas on where and what type of water pump I should use for my 29 Gallon BioCube tank? It seems that the water pump is very loud and is not working the way it should. There are bubbles shooting the aquarium and I have tried everything to fix it. I am thinking of replacing the water pump all together. Any ideas on brands that would be compatible? Anyone else tried this? Please help...
ok before replacing have you cleaned the inside, and if there are air bubbles comming out it is because it is running dry. Basically all biocubes do this, the filter pad is slowing down the water too much, so either rince it well or replace it. Also i would wash out the blue sponge right before the pump as that can hold alot of dirt as well. Then if not add more water. But if you want to replace the pump, try via aqua water pumps. they tend to be the best. owner of the BC 29 and BC 14
Q: We had a thunderstorm followed by power outage last night, this morning I went to use the water and it slowly went dead.I began by inspecting the pressure tank and pressure control switch, then found the outside water pump breaker was tripped, upon resetting the water was back on!But wait, after about 1-2 minutes of use there was a small quot;POPand smoke from the control switch and the breaker tripped again. It seems now that every time the water pump kicks in I've got a 50/50 shot of the circuit breaker blowing. I'm not sure what to do now, I don't want to keep resetting my pump breaker, we really didn't get that much rain so I don't know what would be causing this issue?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
lighting probably got your pump, call a water well service company an yes thell charge you, but sounds like your going to replace the pump
Q: I'm curious to know, where does the water go after it is sent to a pumping station??
Potable (drinkable) water pumps placed just outside the treatment plant boost pressure in the water mains, where it eventually gets to homes, businesses and hydrants via the pipe network. Most sewers flow by gravity (downhill) to a waste water treatment plant (or septic field). But if an area is too low to be serviced by a gravity sewer, an ejector pump is set at the bottom of a collection well which pumps the wastewater to a higher elevation in a pressure pipe called a force main. A good pump station will kick on about 4 or 5 times an hour and run for several minutes. Eventually it outlets to a manhole in a gravity system and ultimately the treatment plant.
