Product Description:

ISG Vertical Inline Centrifugal Pump

Product Introduction:
ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is the second generation of high efficiency energy-saving product designed by our company based on many years of production experience as per the performance parameters stated in the internatonal standard ISO2858 and the national standard JB/T6878.2-93.It is an ideal substitute for normal pumps like SG and D multi-stage centifugal pumps. The series has a flow range of 1.5-1600m3/h and a lift head range of 5-125m, which includes many specifications like basic, diversion and cutting types. According to the difference in working medium and temperature as well as meterial and structural changes of the flow-through part, it can designed and manufactured into TPRG hot water pump,IHG pipeline chemical pump and YG pipeline oil pump with the same performance parameters. Accordingly, this series can be widely applied to replaced the normal centrifugal pump completely to be used in all cases.
Working Conditions:
1.Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of pump system ≤1.6MPa, namely pump suction pressure +pump delivery head≤1.6MPa, pump static tes pressure at 2.5MPa. Please specify the working pressure of the system when placing an oeder. To acquired working pressure of pump system greater than 1.6MPa should be specified separately when placing an order for our conenience to use
2.Ambient temperature<40℃,relative humidity<95%.
3.Volume content of solid particles in medium to be delivered shouldn′t exceed 0.1% of unit volume, granularity<0.2mm.
Note: to handle medium carring small particals, please specify when placing an order for our convenience to use wear resistant mechanical seal.
Rang of Application:
Daily and fire water supply for constructions, air conditioning system, cyclic pressurization for other cold and hot clean medium.

Q:Water pump maximum flow and standard flow?
Centrifugal pump, flow and head is an inverse relationship between the maximum flow, you said, lift the corresponding conveying pump is relatively low, the standard flow, the rated flow is designed and run in standard flow, pump efficiency is the highest, if more than the standard flow operation possible lead pump overcurrent heating, and a series of cavitation phenomena
Q:Water supply query or water pump or motor problem?
You say that your pump used to operate properly before, so if the pump is in good condition, the lift mustn't be too great so we can rule that out. It appears to me that the gurgling sound would be made by sucking air, and for this to happen, it would be a problem on the inlet side of the pump. If the person who repaired the pump knows what he is doing, it shouldn't be the pump, so we can rule that out. That leaves the pipe and any fittings between the pump and the foot valve that should be on the end of the pipe. Try running the pump, and pouring water over all joints and fittings, one at a time, if the pump is working properly, a slurping sound will be heard at the leak. The pump will have a priming point, a screw in plug, somewhere on top of it. With the pump stopped, remove the plug, and pour water into the hole. You should be able to fill the pump right up, and the water remain at that level, without draining away. If it wont retain the water, the valve on the bottom of the pipe is either worn out or has something like a stone or gravel preventing it from operating properly. As you have disconnected this pump for repairs, it would have needed priming anyway, which is the filling up with water. It's too much to ask a dry pump to lift water any height, so maybe you don't have a problem at all. Good luck
Q:Was my timing belt or water pump replaced incorrectly?
If your Alternator belt is to loose, it would definitely cause your battery to start up, on alot of foreign vehicles they dont really have a tensioner but a bolt to loosen and tighten the belt, like toyotas, have maybe he didnt tighten it enough, you can self check pop your hood with the engine OFF and push the top of your alternator belt down if you feel alot of play in the belt he didnt tighten it, as far as timing belts and timing chains i know foremans in the field of automotive for 25 years and more who hate doing those because the slightest bit off and the car wont start, if its your timing belt you cant tell if it takes you forever to start the car up and then it finally starts up, sounds like your alternator belt is the problem
Q:water pump?
It is possible your water pump is worn out, yes...but it could be other things too. I would change the thermostat first, being a much lower cost. If the thermostat is sticking shut, or not opening right at all, it can prevent the coolant from circulating right. That lets the whole engine heat up and coolant boil. That may be the sound you hear, normally called a water hammer... If you take it to the shop, which you should do now, ask them to check the thermostat and water pump, to be certain of the problem... I hope it is just the thermostat that is causing this, but check it good...
Q:Water level pump Visual Basic Programming?
They're equal (VB and VB6 variations of VB, surely VBA is super high-degree) in the phrases of where they rank within the excessive-stage/low-stage programming language rankings. Java is extra priceless without problems for the reason that it results in other matters (and could be very marketable on it's own), particularly c/c++/c# and net languages like php/javascript which have c-like cyntax. VB.Web and VB6 don't particularly result in so much (although they each support comprehend object-orientation). you can do the identical matters with visual normal that you can do with Java or C++. You are not able to do the identical things in VB as c++. For C# that you would be able to make a small case because it does aid c++-like code (hazardous keyword) but absolutely not VB.Internet (or VB6 most likely). Just are trying doing a C# an identical of stackalloc in VB.
Q:Where to get DC 12v water pump?
Good Gravy, Mon! Don't you know how to use 'SEARCH'?!? I just GOOGLED '12v dc water pump' and got a ca-jillion hits!
Q:Variable flow variable frequency water pump how to adjust the flow?
Flow plus transmitter control
Q:is it safe to drive without a water pump?
You can't go more than a few blocks without the car overheating if your pump is not working. Working or not, I guarantee the car has one. Unless, of course, you are being silly, and really own a car with an air-cooled engine!
Q:well water pump questions...thanks?
The problem is either your pressure tank or your pressure switch. Since the switch is governed by the pressure in the tank, I would suspect the switch first - not the tank. You could check your pressure tank pressure using a tire gage, and make sure it is in the owner's manual operating range. The pressure switch tells the pump when to turn on and off - which is what fills the pressure tank. To check the switch, run the water until the switch closes and the pump turns on. Note the pressure at which it turns on. Now watch the pressure as it builds and note at what pressure it turns off. If you want less pressure, adjust the switch accordingly. We have ours set to come on at 42# and turn off at 65#. Our pressure tank air setting is 35 PSI.
Q:Do I need to replace my water pump or just the gasket on my '99 Passat?
Before you go to replace anything, you must find and repair the source of the leak. See radiator pressure test video below:
