5. RFQ

1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?

CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.

2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?

Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.

3> How about the Delivery time?

Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.

Q:What things in my car could the seizing of my water pump cause? As I stated in another question, the power steering went, the red battery light came on and it over heated. The mechanic said it seized and i'm lucky the engine didn't seize. He has to look into it more. I'm just really curious as to what kind of damage i've done and the possibilities! thanks in advance.
well... depending on how severe the problem is, it could be many things. You could simply have to change the water pump, and be on your way. That's the best case scenario. Though, in really bad cases, I've heard of the whole engine having to be replaced. When the water pump stops working, the engine doesn't get cooled properly. So it heats up a ton, and things start to expand. The pistons can start to gouge the cylinder walls, and ultimately they will get so tight that things can't move. That's what the mechanic was talking about. Also, the water expanding could cause some internal gaskets to blow out. So there are a lot of variables at play here. Best case, it's nothing serious. Maybe as little as $100 for a new water pump (depending on the type of car). Or worst case, you fried the engine and need a new one. That can get quite expensive obviously. Hopefully, it's nothing serious.
Q:I just bought a 1997 Honda Civic, done about 85k. There is no record of the timing belt having ever been changed so I want to get this done as a priority. My usual mechanic can't do it for a month due to other commitments so I have been ringing round for quotes, and generally these have all been to change the belt quot;plus the kit- which makes sense, change the lot while you are in there.Surprisingly, the cheapest quote I have had was from my local Honda dealer, however, they have said this is for the belt only as they don't change the tensioner/water pump on this model. Are they full of it? I'm not sure whether to take this as expertise from the car's manufacturer or total BS from some chancer trying to make money from us having to come back when other things go wrong!
This is a hot topic even among Honda enthusiasts and professionals. The whole deal about changing the water pump, as you probably know, is that the labor to do that is small once the timing belt is out of the way. However - and this is the big issue - most original Honda water pumps last a very long time, even more than 200K miles. Do you feel lucky? One big issue enters here: what sort of antifreeze has been used in it? If it still has Honda antifreeze (dark green in your 1997, as I recall) the pump is probably still good for another 100K miles even if the coolant has not been changed on schedule. If it has conventional (bright) green or some other coolant that is not known to be silicate free I strongly recommend replacing the pump with an OEM pump. See the first source for the reason. In any case, I recommend replacing the water pump with the next timing belt change if you don't do it this time. 300K miles is a lot to ask of a pump seal. I also strongly recommend not going with an aftermarket pump - OEM only. I make a habit of always replacing the pump and tensioner(s). EDIT - Shane A has a good point. If the water pump fails next year the price of a new pump and tensioner will seem trivial. The pain of higher cost is temporary, the peace of mind is lasting.
Q:My dad wants to buy a salt water pump for a tiny pool.I'm not sure if it's pointless for the size that the pool is, but it is 12x12x3Is it too small of a pool or are there salt water pumps meant for tiny pools that I could look at?A link to any would be nice. :)Thanks!

Q:I've bleed the lines, and gotten rid of all the air bubbles. I've replaced the thermostat correctly, (triple checked) and I don't think it's the water pump because it isn't leaking what so ever. My temperature gauge is not moving what so ever, and the coolant reservoir over flows heavily, and I can hear a thumping sound in the radiator.
Flush out the radiator.. check to confirm a bhg with a compression test.
Q:how can i choose a water pump that is truely on demand as in shuts off when not needed automaticly i purchaced one that claimed it was a quot;demandpump is mine defective or not a true on demand pump?
RV section is probably under cars and transportation, others. On demand pumps are quite common and used in many RV's.
Q:Does anyone know or can show me a picture of the location of the water pump in the '97 Totota avalon please? I'm trying to replace mine. Please and Thank you :)
The water pump is commonly driven either by the pump drive belt or the timing chain/belt. It is easy to replace the belt-driven water pump, as it can be remove from outside of the engine. For the timing chain/belt driven water pump, you need to remove the front cover and belts before you can reach the pump. Drive your car to the nearest dealer workshop and ask the mechanic.
Q:i want details and requirement of it in water pump
For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/awBzE A very good foot valve will cost about $20 then it will be the cost of a service call, here we charge about $70 but depending on where you live, how deep the valve is and where its located the price maybe different, and the cost maybe more on a weekend too. Giving quotes for this is not really profitable for service companies, so if you are not prepared to do it yourself then you will have to pay the service call rate. A good reputable company will arrive at your home and give you an approximation on what it will cost, but remember once you call them there you will probably have to pay the service call rate, if you are running tight on money call around and ask the rates but remember that this is a weekend and most companies will be running a small crew and might take time to answer your call. The other option is since you have changed the pump yourself why not just change the foot valve your self? Have you primed the pump after replacement? To replace the valve the pipe that runs to the bottom of your well must be pulled up and the valve is on the bottom of it, its a simple matter of removing the old one and replacing with new the big job is usally the pulling up of the pipe.
Q:how do I know my water pump failed. 98 mustang V6 started to leak coolant from the front lower part of the the engine. How do I know for sure my pump is bad? Did refill and kept on leaking as I manage to get home. Little help please!
A leaky radiator could also be the cause of leaking coolant. Sometimes waterpumps rattle as they're dying.
Q:Water pump located on the ground floor of our 10 story building is leaking and therefore it is constantly running and spilling water into the parking lot. Therefore, a plumber shut the water pump off and opened a bypass valve. After we shut off water pump all units still have good water pressure so why do we need to replace water pump? When water pump is on the incoming city water gauge reads 60psi and the gauge measuring the water shooting up into the building reads 80psi. Now both gauges read zero. How can water coming from the city at 60psi travel all the way to the 10th floor without a boost? I do not understand what is happening.
the pump may have been required before the city up graded their water system. and now it may not be required. but if it were me ? i would replace the pump . Then continue to use the bypass. the reason is , because one day for various reasons the public water pressure could suddenly drop. And then you will and emergency. or at least buy the pump and store it .. So if this ever happens you just need to pay to have it installed. This way you are prepared for what will prob happen someday. but 10 stories ! i am with you . i would think you need a pump to do that.
Q:My toilet has a water pump to deposit water to the toilet and a floatie that will stop the flow. But now it does not flow water through the hose, instead it looks like it's clogged and water drips from the floatie handle. Do i need to replace it? Or could it be something easy to fix?
You should call plumber and tell him what's your actual, problem. thanks
