My house is right along a steep hill then 4 acres, the problem is I need a path to get there for my ATV's or tractor or bike, If i go straight up the hill i will probably flip my ATV and a tractor would not make it even half way straight up. Any suggestion or who to hire for the job?
Hire a local contractor with a small track dozer or one of the mini excavators.

I was playing against a friend who had 6 Hallimar Excavators being activated(Clones/Jwari). My deck has the Eldrazi legendaries in it, so if they get milled, I can reshuffle my library. He was saying, because they activate at the same time, that I cant shuffle in. I was saying that because each ally has to pick a target, they happen separately, and every 6th card I can check my grave for the legendaries so I can reshuffle back in.Who is right?
The active player gets to choose in what order all triggered abilities resolve, but they all have to resolve anyways. So, basically, you opponent mills 40 cards, but he mills 2 ulamogs and 1 kozilek. Since all three of them's shuffle abilities trigger, he can choose in what order. So, he could choose for Ulamog no. 1's ability to trigger first, shuffling it and the rest of your graveyard into your library, including the other ulamog and kozilek. So, then, say, kozilek's ability resolves, which shuffles it (which is no longer in the graveyard) and all other 0 cards back into your library, and the same with the second ulamog.
I need to dig up about 400 cubic feet of earth from my backyard (we are moving a retaining wall), and doing it with a shovel doesn't sound very attractive. I can't get a Bobcat or an excavator to the backyard because we are on a hill, meaning 1) there are stairs leading to the backyard and 2) the passageway between the house and the fence is too narrow. So it needs to be some lightweight tool. I don't mind working in the backyard, just don't want to do it by hand.If no tools exist and we'll have to hire day laborers to shovel the soil, how much earth can 1 person reasonably shovel in an hour? We'll need this to estimate the cost. Thanks!!
This Site Might Help You. RE: Are there such things as a motorized shovel, or something to dig up soil other than an excavator? how to measure the capacity that can be carried by an excavator bucket?
Buckets come as sizes, like a two yard bucket, etc. That's the capacity in volume. To convert that to weight, you need an average weight of your product by volume, like 25 pounds per cubic foot. Then it's just math: Two cubic yards at 27 cubic feet per cubic yard times 25 pounds per cubic foot is 1,350 pounds per bucket full.
