1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?

    CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type. 

2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?

     Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power. 

3> How about the Delivery time?

     Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.

Q:How long should it take a mechanic to replace a water pump on a 96 dodge intrepid ES with a 3.5L engine? I was given a estimate of 6 hours does it really take that long? at 100.00 a hour I'm not sure my car is worth fixing
YES! It's driven by the timing belt so make sure they replace that too! edit: everything bill b said is true.....but he's thinking of the 2.7 motor. not the 3.5. Thank you. Your welcome. The labor rate in my shop is $95.00 an hour. Most all basic jobs are rated into a labor time data log by auto manufactuers and used world wide! These labor times stand up in a court of law!!! If it calls for 6.0 hours of labor, and you know I charge $95 an hour, that's $570 plus parts. Some shops charge less per hour and use cheap parts and leave bolts out and your constantly having problems. Some try to charge 8.0 hours for a 6.0 job just to rip you off. Some shops never worked on one and some shops are on there 3rd set of special 3.5 cam holders for doing water pumps and timing belts if you know what I mean!! Always get on the phone and shop around. Call the dealer and ask for the labor time for a particular job if you feel the need to.
Q:What will the water pump reversal situation?
Reversal will also water out, but the amount of water is small, belong to "pressure water" effect, as if a basin of water, we do not shoot outward and down, the water will be out of the basin.
Q:i already removed all bolts including the fan except for the last bolt on the water pump which the serpentine belt rides on the bolt backs into that so i am trying to find out how to get the bolt from the serpentine belt pulley off do i have to pull the serpentine pully off and if so how there is no bolt or allen holding the serpentine pully onim just trying to replace the water pump
You will need to remove the pulley from the water pump, first loosen the small bolts around the front of the pulley while the belt is still on I think there is four or six bolts holding it to the water pump,when you get them loose then you can remove the belt,if the belt is not enough to hold the pulley while loosening the bolts you may have to put vice grips on one bolt while loosening the others...
Q:As I wrote last night, I have a Isuzu Rodeo V6 3.2L 4X4. I guess I misunderstood my husband. I talked to him this morning and he said that it did overheat but the gauges on the inside of the car wasn't showing that it was overheating. It wasn't spewing coolant but the coolant that was just filled up a couple of weeks ago is empty. Does anyone know what the problem is?
when cold you add to radiator and then over flow jug crank motor add more while its running to radiator let run 5 or 10 minutes coolant shoul ddrop and rise inside the radiator while you looking at it if it dont drop any or it dont drop every few minutes then thermostat not working and motor over heats cost about 25 buck to get everything takes about a hour to remove top radiator hose and remove two bolts in thermostat housing on top of motor every easy to fix at home.. most every car made its same place and replacement same very easy to do

General pump selection, the pump rated flow should be 1.1 times the design flow of sewage treatment plants, that is, 833x1.1=916 (m^3/h), round 1000 (m^3/h).Pump head should be based on the actual work lift h determined. When calculating the actual lift, we should not only consider the actual geometric elevation difference of the pump installation, but also consider the factors such as pipe water loss and elbow water loss. The rated lift of water pump must have a certain margin, generally choose 1.1h, h for the actual required lift.
Q:Hi all, I went on vacation and forgot to turn my water heaters to vacation! When I returned the water was cold coming through the faucet. After some investigation I realised the water heater pump had tripped the trip switch on the main electric panel. I reset it and thought all would be fine. Now it is OK for a day or two and then it trips the electric panel again. Any Ideas on what is the matter and how I might fix it? The water heaters themselves are fine and are burning all OK. Q:does anyone know the proper way to take the lower gearcase off and install a new water pump kit. it is a 1986.
This is a simple repair but I'd recommend that you get a service manual, ether a factory manual or one of the generic Seloc manuals. The key things to do are mark the trim tab so you can put it back in the same position after repairs. Drain the oil. Removing the bolt that is in the hole at the back end of the upper housing, as well as all the obvious Nuts. both above and under the cavitation plate. Put the drive in forward gear, which takes the tension off the shift shaft. Once all the nuts and bolt are loose. Jiggle the drive and it will separate from the upper housing. You now have access to the water pump housing. Remove the housing and pull it up and off the d. Shaft. Inspect fully and account for missing impeller blades. When you re assemble Lube the impeller and put the drive key in place and put the impeller in place. Slide the housing down to the impeller. You can use ether th drive shaft or the propeller to turn the drive shaft in a clockwise direction as you apply pressure on the housing, It should slide down over the impeller. Reassemble in reverse order. Slide the drive shaft up into the upper housing turning the D. shaft using the prop to turn the shaft. Watch the water tube slip into the guide tube. Once it's in place put a couple nuts on then check the gear shift to make sure it goes F-N-R. Bolt up and fill with oil. Good Luck!
Q:Looking for a pro's advice here. My Corolla has developed a strange noise over the past few cold weeks (Highs of 10 degrees max, well below zero at night). The sound would best be described as a cricket-type rythmic chirp noticable during acceleration. I don't believe it's a belt because it comes and goes though it has steadily gotten louder. I vaguely remember this sound being related to a bad water pump I had a few years ago. Do you think this could be the same thing? Three years for a water pump? And do water pumps tend to go out more frequently in the cold weather? Thanks!!!
You can do a prelimary check on the water pump. The water pump on this vehicle is not internally driven so the pulley is exposed outside the timing cover. Grab hold of the pulley and try to push it back and forth. There should not be any noticeable play. If there is, the pump is bad. Could it go out in three years? Sure it can especially if the pump previously installed was remanufactured and not brand new. If still in doubt, remove the water pump belt and start the engine. If the noise is still there, then the pump is not the problem. I live on a tropical island, so I can't help with the weather question, but I believe if you use the right type of antifreeze in the right mix ratio there should be no additional wear on the pump in cold weather. The thermostat should keep the engine at normal operating temperature regardless of the outside temperature (except for while it's warming up initially). Good luck!!
Q:1995 Ford Contour GL, 2.0L 4Cyl- three water pump failures. I bought the car in 2000 [49,000 miles] and in 2003 [116,000 miles] a leak from the weep hole area was repaired by replacing the pump. In October, 2005 [164,000] another leak from the same place was again repaired by replacing the pump. Just over two years later now, 196,000 miles, and today it's leaking from the same area. Any idea why this would happen? Each time I've replaced the pump, I've not been able to see any damage to it. People talk about impellers breaking, but they've always seemed intact. Maybe it isn't a pump failure so much as a leak for some other reason? Since purchase, the car has run what appears to be hot, in that the temperature gauge, when at operating temps, is only a tick or two from overheating, but since it's in the normal range, I've always assumed it's just a faulty thermostat. It's never overheated except for when the leak has sprung up.Any thoughts? :)
196,000 miles three water pumps is not that bad. Depends where you purchased them. If you opted for cheapies like auto zone then you get what you pay for. Since you are having this problem over and over again, I would agree with the ford technician, purchase one from Ford and see how that does.
