End Suction Centrifugal Pump

1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description

End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.

End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.

Q:I don't want to have to rent or purchase a electric pump to pump the water out of my pool so are there other ways to get the water out besides the obvious (a bucket and alot of people). I am really tight on money so purchasing a device to do the work isn't a real option but I really need to drain the pool without damaging it.
On the off chance that you have a close area that is down hill from the bottom of the pool you could siphon it. Not a likely situation though. Siphoning is using a small hose, garden hose will probably be too big and sucking on the end of the hose to draw water though it. Once it starts flowing if the end is downhill from the bottom of the pool it will drain the pool all on its own.
Q:30kW what is the flow rate of the pump?
There are many kinds of pumps, so it's difficult to answer you with a 30KW pump.
Q:i used my water fountain pump for the first time yesterday and I've had it for 10 years and i used it yesterday it worked with the water and everything was fine!then the next day i wanted to turn it on , it went on it started vibrating but it wasn't pumpingwhen i had it on the other day the water was dirty but it was workingi cleaned it the filtershould i put vinegar to clean it ?and what else should i do!??? Help :#92;thank you!
Totally agree with Peetr Peetr's answer above. When you purchase the trashcan the Rubbermaid cans have been proven to be safe for potable water, can't say that all others will be made with non leaching plastics. Also Suggest adding the dechlorinating product i.e. prime into the tank itself, instead of adding it to the water and sitting all week in the vessel which leaves a layer of scum on the trashcan from my experience. Q:I have a Chevy Express Van 3500, i believe that the water pump is leaking, how long would it last before major breakage?
do not put stopleak in your car. it will destroy it. fix the waterpump
Q:Yesterday morning I was looking under my hood and I noticed that I was leaking water. It looked like the leak was coming from the water pump.I had to get to work, which is close by so I topped off the radiator and went to work. When I got to work I looked under the car and saw no leaking. I figured the radiator had ran dry although the car hadn't overheated, After work I started to fill the radiator to get home. I saw that I had leaked a little fluid but not much. I topped it off and picked up my son then went home. No overheating. No leaking. Today I've ran several errands and I've had no problems. What do you think was going on with my water pump yesterday?
Sounds like a leaky gasket on pump...A suggestion : Remove lower raditor hose let old coolant drain..Maybe replace thermostat.. Refill with fresh Prestone...Check water pump bolts for tightness . Replace any hoses etc... if needed

Q:I have never had to deal with this and I am probably worrying about nothing but every time I run water, even for a second, the pump starts clicking on and off. Is it supposed to do it with every little thing? Every time the toilet flushes, or the water gets turned on to wash hands it goes off and keeps constantly going off until the water is shut off. Is this what it's supposed to do?
Jadee is correct. Your pump is waterlogged. This is a condition where all the compressable air has mixed with the water in the tank and the tank is full of water clear to the top, not allowing for any compression, which is where you get the pressure to push the water out when you open a fixture. When you open a fixture, regardless of which one, the pump senses a drop in pressure immediately and starts up. As soon as you close the fixture, the pump, which is now pumping water into the tank, senses the pressure coming quickly to where it needs to be and shuts off. There needs to be air in the top of the tank to compress in order for the system to function. If you have a bladder tank, (usually a green or blue tank with an indented seam around the middle of it), then most likely the bladder that's in the middle of the tank to keep the air and water apart so they don't mix, has ruptured and is now allowing the very thing to happen that it was designed to stop. You can drain the system of pressure and most of the water by turning off the pump and repressurizing the tank thru the air nozzle on top or the top side. Open a couple fixtures and allow the water to escape as you put pressure into the tank, until you get air and the water quits. Then turn off the fixtures, turn the pump back on and let it pump up. That will give you an air cushion on top of the tank and will let you use the system till you can decide whether you want to replace the tank or just use it as a convential resevoir system of old, (before bladder tanks). The procedure to restore the system to functionality is the same if it's an older tank without a bladder, only you may have a drain spigot on that type of a tank that will allow for gravity drainage of the water, instead of pressurization. It's not an uncommon occurance for those of us on older wells that don't have bladder tanks. We have to drain and restart ours about once every year or two, depending on how much time the grandkids spend here.
Q:55KW motor driven lift 70M, the displacement of 180 cubic meters per hour of water pump, the configuration should be no problem, but after the start of the current to 170A (rated 100A), off a small valve to the current export half to reach the rated current. Why current will close a small valve instead of small? Will close a small valve will not affect traffic flow can be? To the 180 party?
If the power line is too long or too small, power line is too long or too small will cause excessive current. Valve shut down certainly affect the flow. When the valve is in the semi open state, the water pump out of the water flow down, the power to reduce, so the current drops.
Q:What causes a water pump on a car to go bad????? and are they a pain to change by yourself?????
on this particular model, the wires to the water pump relay short out by rubbing on the EGR mounting bracket. You can repair it w/ two small lengths of wire(16 gauge) and four crimped connectors. It will only take about a half hour. Good Luck!
Q:I have a pontiac grand am 1996 v6 with a 3.1L 3100 SFI engine. I have a coolant leak and I think it's coming from the water pump. When the car is cool and then turned on, about 4 to 9 minutes into warming up, coolant is hitting a belt and spraying out of the car's front end. When this is happening I see that there is coolant dripping off of the waterpump housing. The coolant started to spray everywhere about 15 seconds before the radiator fan kicked in. Why would this happen when first warming up only? Can a defective thermostat cause this to happen?
i would suspct waterpump
