                        End Suction Centrifugal Pump

1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description

End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.

End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.

Q: We're doing some droplet impact experiments and are creating the flow of water to our droplet generators by elevating our source of water. Unfortunately as the water depletes the pressure changes. We need to siphon off the water from our lower basin where the water collects and pump it back up to the source (around 6-8 feet up). What kind of pump do I need for this?
I presume you can’t use city water! Droplets probably mean very small water flow. You can try local used merchandise store. Often they have waterpik systems for a few $ They are piston type pump that means the output will be pulsating instead of continuous. Another option is a windshield washer pump. These are gear type, so provide a continuous flow. You would need a variable power supply to control the pump speed, therefore the flow. Good luck Hope this answers your question
Q: I have a leak on the front of the engine by the timing belt housing coming out of a small hole by the alternator. I assume it is a leaking water pump. How do to go about changing the water pump?Short clip of actual leak coming from the hole by the alternator and under the timing belt housing
water pump is timing belt driven, so you have to pull all of the belts off, the timing belt cover and that belt also. if that belt has not been replaced in 80,000 miles. you want to do that. i had a 93 civic and a 90 civic that i did the belt and pump in at 230,000 miles. it takes a little time but it is not that bad. the harmonic balancer has to come off for the timing belt also.
Q: i replace all the seals on the water pump reinstalled it and the same thing happened... it leaks out the bottom some where and run down the water pump and down the hot side radiator hose... any ideas?
you reinstalled the old pump? most water pump area leaks are the water pump itself. it will have a small hole located near where the lower hose hooks up, that hole is called the weep hole. when a pump begins failing it begins weeping. a water pump for that vehicle is only about $30. so cheap you should never even think of reusing the old pump if you remove it for any reason. you'll need to replace teh gasket, again, and you'll want to use blue rtv high temp silicone lightly on the gasket.
Q: I'm looking for a high pressure water pump ,preferably submersible, between 80-100 psi.
go you five and six show room only prospects of high pressure of toll pump or submersible menu check if you like buy no like no buy
Q: My toilet has a water pump to deposit water to the toilet and a floatie that will stop the flow. But now it does not flow water through the hose, instead it looks like it's clogged and water drips from the floatie handle. Do i need to replace it? Or could it be something easy to fix?
You should call plumber and tell him what's your actual, problem. thanks
Q: We lost power during the hurricane, we have well water. the power went out and we lost water also, what are the procedures to bleed and restart a goulds pumps c48a93a06 water pump?
1. you are going to need at least a couple gallons of water in a bucket to re-prime. 2. look for a plug at the top of the pump and remove it. 3. pour water into the plug opening, filling up the pump as much as you can. 4. put plug back in so at least one thread is grabbing. by doing this it will allow air to escape and won't be spraying water everywhere. it is also a good idea to keep your hand on the plug. 5. turn on electricity to pump. 6. when you start to notice pressure re-gaining tighten up the plug so it does not drip. It is also a good idea to have an outside tap on to get air out of the lines. Another thing is, it is a good idea to shut off water to toilets and washing machines before re-starting pump because small debris have a habit of clogging them up. When your pressure is back, drain your toilet and cold water line to your washing machine, flushing all the stuff out until you see nice clear water. Hope I helped and good luck.
Q: My Camry is overheating and I am assuming it is the water pump. I already changed the thermostat and that was no help. When I turn the heater on to cool off the engine, it blows cold air or the temp of the air outside most of the time and seldomly hot air. I bought a water pump, but I am not sure if this is something I can do?
Step 1: Find a man
Q: i just moved into a house that has a small (about 40 gal) pond. i wanted to put fish in it. i have everything but the water pump. i've been looking around and i've found many solar fountain heads (about $30) that are pretty cheap and then i found a solar oxygenator for $100. which one would help the fish more? flowing water or just oxygen?
Flowing water adds oxygen into the water... So Id go with that one.
Q: can a worn water pump make the car idle high while in park when driven for a long period of time......03 grand prix
The water pump is only an impeller and moves fluid through the engine for the purpose of cooling. With that in mind, no, it should have no effect. Suspect you have a vacuum leak that is causing your high idle, check for a high pitched whistle and when you find it, fix it.
Q: i drove up a hill which was about a mile and when i got up the hill i drove anther half a mile to my location and as soon as i tuned my car off i notice coolant leak for the reservoir tank and being dumb i took the cap off off and i think you know so i drove it home after letting it return to a lower temp and it didn't run hot it just raised 2 line above the middle marker and i ran it today just to idle and refilled the tank and let it run it didn't leak but the Serpentine belt made a noise not loud but noticeable (could this be a bad water pump and i flushed my radiator before they swapped engine out which was not long ago) the current engine is used and run fine with power and pep
water on the belt will cause it to slip and squeak or squeal if the water pump is failing the it woukd be overheating all the time and or leaking water and or be noisy due to bearings failing
