1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description
End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.
End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.

- Q: I took out the thermostat, filled coolant level to upmost, my car still overheats, it doesnt leak ne where.How can I tell if the water pump is workin?
- Overheating normally would require a failed water pump. Some liquid leaking out of the weep hole normally just indicates that the pump is going to fail. Does the water pump make a clicking sound? An abnormal pump sound also is an indicator of a pump that is starting to fail. Verify that the coolant is full. If full, check the fan. If the fan is not turning on between 185 to 225, the temperature sensor may be bad. Also verify that the thermostat is installed in the correct direction. If installed backwards, the engine will overheat quickly. (This is an easy mistake.) Good luck!
- Q: was told by a Toyota Service that this would only be 1 hour more labor and cost me about 140 dollars more..and that they always recommend it being done same time as timing belt and water pump replacement....but is really a good idea or not? - Do not use that shop again. There's more work than that involved in doing what they say they can do in an hour. I have never had those recommendations for any of my Toyotas that were serviced regularly.

- Drain the coolant. Remove fan clutch. Remove radiator shroud. Remove serpentine belt. Disconnect top and bottom radiator hoses. Disconnect bypass and heater hose. Remove the pump bolts. Remove the pump. Clean all old gasket material off block. Reverse to install! Be sure to use anaerobic sealer on the bolts that enter into the water passages. It's a good idea to replace the thermostat at this time, and flush the radiator and block, as well as use new coolant.

- The water pump pumps cooled water around the engine, so yes if it has an issue like leaking then there is a very high chance that the engine will overheat. Anti-freeze is only really required in the winter when temperatures get low enough to freeze the water in the system and therefore will not be able to be pumped around the engine, as it's now summer there is no danger not using anti-freeze but is advisable to get some added before the cold weather comes.

The roof fire water tank acts as a temporary fire fighting water for 10 minutes, and the water in the fire pump is supplied directly to the indoor hydrant or sprinkler system. Roof water tank fire water can only be provided by the living pump.
- Q: We still have water, but it keeps constantly running, and won't stop. The pump itself got warm/hot, and we're afraid that it's going to get ruined or blow up or something. - Should be a valve on your pressure tank. That is what you turn off or the sheer volume of water in it will keep water flowing until it empties out.
