Magnetic Acid Circulating Centrifugal Pump Unit

Product Introduction and characteristics

The G5 IH series end suction pump is a new generation of the traditional IH type pump. The two have the same performance and installation dimensions. It’s as per ISO24256,ISO2858,GB5662-85 Axial Suction Centrifugal Pump (16 bar)-Mark, performance and dimensions.

Based on the suspension appearance design of XA pump, the G5 IH pump is provided with strengthening ribs on its casin so that it’s characterized by its nice-looking appearance, safe and reliable operation and long service life.

Suspension part of G5 IH pump: four kinds of suspension, being universal, cover and cross the full line, thus ensuring a faster delivery and a smaller inventory.

Shaft seal mode of G5 IH pump: including packing seal, single-end face unbalanced mechanical seal, single-end face balanced mechanical seal, double-end face unbalanced mechanical seal and double-end face balanced mechanical seal, as required by the customer. The seal is safe and reliable and has a long service life. The pump’s body and impeller adopt the precision casting with wax matrix, so it has a higher efficiency and a better appearance quality than the traditional IH.

The coupling is threesection and demountable. If a monoblock type is required, we can make special treatment to design the welding base separately. Generally the installation dimensions are the same as the traditional IH. The G5 IH series all adopts the precision base.

Main Application

It’s mainly used to transfer corrosive media containing no suspended particles or those unallowed to be polluted for industrial sectors like petrolem, chemical engineering, synthetic fiber, chemical fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food and hospital.

Working conditions

Medium temperature: -20°C<T<+105°C

Up to 400°C when taking special measures:

Flow Q=3.4~2000m3/h,Head:3-200(m)

Rotation speed n=1450~3600 r/min,50Hz/60Hz

Pump’s rotation direction: clockwise when viewed from the motor to the pump.

Q: my nissan 1993 maxima SEthe AC is not cold at all this year it ran perfect the year beforecan the water pump pressure really affect the AC?how much should a new water pump cost for my car?
The water cooling system for the engine (radiator, water pump, hoses, etc.) is completely separate from the air conditioning system. The water pump moves water from the radiator (where the water is cooled off) to the engine where the water travels through tubes in the block, picking up heat (cooling the block) and then returns to the radiator. A failing water pump would not cause burning antifreeze. It would cause overheating by not moving the water, or not moving it fast enough. The smell of antifreeze in the exhaust (a sweet smell) usually makes me think of a failed head gasket or a cracked block. The water is somehow getting into the combustion chambers from the tubes in the block. If the engine has been overheated it is not unusual for the head gasket to blow or for the block to be damaged. Take your car to a reputable mechanic - not a buddy who works on his own car in the back yard. Ask friends and family who they go to and what they have experienced. There are good, honest mechanics out there. Find one and have him check out the car. Pay him for his training and experience. It will be cheaper in the long run than going to the cheaper guy working in his driveway.
Q: I have built my own spray rig to water some stock and tanks and a garden. It is a 330 gallon tank and has a spout at the bottom that i am going to connect a multi purpose pump to. My question is what size pump would i need? I have been looking at Atwoods and Tractor Supply and have seen some 2.1 GPM and a 5 GPM pumps i just don't know which would best suit me. i am planning on having the tank on the trailor and running water hose to a sprinkler or two. I would like to know how man sprinklers are possible on this type of system and still keep good pressure. Thanks for any answers.
Like the last person, what you've looked at won't do much. Just think of a 5 gal bucket and how fast do you want to fill it up. Also you want pressure behind this water if you want to water with it, so look at the psi on a pump as well as the GMP to determine what will work best for you. I'd say 40psi should be enough pressure to run hoses and sprinklers and remember that the smaller the hose at the end gives the highest pressures. Hope this helps you out some. I'll admit, I'm thinking of this as knowledge of water pressures more than GMP, but I think I've explained something good about your question. Good LUCK

Q: Car is ford taurus 98.The car had some problems including overheating as thermostat was bad so was was not working. i drove it 25 miles to garage (i had to stop once because too hot to let it cool), i brought it to Ford who replaced the thermostat. Now they tell me some bits of thermostat broke and they need to replace the waterpump and want $620 for it. The other repair were also extremely expensive and i want to bring it to another garage 1.3 miles away on flat road.-1- is it safe to drive 1.3 mile with no water pump or should iget it towed?-2- should i have to pay for the water pump or is it ford's fault if they did not remove the bits of broken thermostat before reconnecting new thermostat to hose ? Can i prove that the pump was working when i came in if i drove 25 miles with it ?Thanks for your help.
Ford people are boneheads for making you pay for something THEY broke. And what does the thermostat breaking have to do with the water pump? All they want to do is suck you in for every penny. All services are warrantied for X months/X miles. If they broke it, they are responsible for it. As for driving 1.3 miles without a coolant, I would not reccomend it unless you wanna cook eggs on your engine. Seriously though, You'll do more damage to the engine running without a coolant. Then you'll need new pistons, fry the oil in the engine and probably need a whole new engine. Have it towed, it's cheaper in the long run. Don't take it to Ford ever again. They're sufering and in the red, they need to make money some way, screwing people is the way to go.
Q: I need instructions
ok what type of car what year of car what size of motor really not that hard on some type of motors but knowing what it is would help some in telling you how type in how to replace water pump(name or car )video here is just how to replace water pump
Q: For the past couple days my car has been over heating quickly and there ha been some leaking underneath my car. well I went to start my car today to run to the store and the heating gauge was going up and down from overheating to perfectly fine within seconds...I popped the hood and there was antifreeze spraying on the engine. So my friend that I called said that meant there was a leak in my water pump. The autoshop in town is busy with over cars all day, I already called, and there isn't another shop within 15 miles. I work in 3 hours, and the drive is 30 minutes away. I have no other way to get to work, is it safe to drive my car or should I call in and let my manager know I can't make it? I have been working there almost 2 months and have never been late or called in.
if you are planning on keeping your car you, better get it fix. call your employer and tell him what is wrong. i am sure he would not want you to take a chance.
Q: I have a 2002 honda civic with 85k miles the dealer says the timing belt should be replaced. But with the water pump timing belt tensioner also have to be replaced???
It relies upon on the vehicle, in diverse fashions, like maximum mitsubishis, you could desire to take the timing belt off to alter the water pump. So then that is an included operation and there is not any extra suitable value linked with the exertions to do the timing belt, it merely makes it a handy, value saving time to do it. there is not any rule approximately changing water pumps and timing belts at the same time. If that is not an included operation there is not any element to do them on a similar time. The timing belt is physically powerful preventative upkeep yet there is not any might desire to alter the water pump previously that is showing signs and indicators, and there are a brilliant style of them, that that is going to die.
Q: Plumber quotes installing system using cross-over valve which some way ties the recirculation through the cold water pipes. This sounds like a short-cut. Are there any disadvantages to this system?

Q: For a basement water pump that controls the toilet, shower and sink--- does it always have to stay plugged in and running??? I heard it make a weird noise and shut it off immediately.. Any help appreciated!!!
Most of the time when you use water a large amount the pump will come but should shut off after a reasonable amount of time. When the set pressure is achieved it will shut off. And when the pressure drops it will turn on and the pressure will drop when using water.
Q: I must change the timing belt of my car. I have been told that the water pump must be done too since it is right there. Due to the high price I want to postpone/skip the water pump until the next tune up. What happens if the water pump fails down the road? How long does a water pump last? 120K? My car has 60,000 miles on it. Thank you.
There is no guarantee on how long the water pump will last, but normally 100,000 miles plus. But that is true of a timing belt too. The water pump has a weep hole at the bottom, visually check for corrosion or rust in that area. If you see some, could be a sign that it is ready to go soon. If not, then do the repairs that you can afford. But why the heck are you changing a timing belt at 60,000 miles.
