Production process: it uses the high quality low carbon steel wire rodprocessing, is of high quality low carbon steel, the drawing, pickling, annealing, galvanizing. The cooling process and processing.

Characteristics: galvanized steel wire has good toughness and elasticity, the highest volume of zinc can be up to 300 grams / square meter. Has galvanized layer thickness, strong corrosion resistance and other properties.

Application: galvanized wire products are widely used in architecture, handicrafts, silk screen preparation, highway barriers, product packaging and daily civil, and other fields.

Galvanized wire and divided into hot dip galvanized wire and cold galvanized wire (galvanized wire) to distinguish:

Hot dip galvanizing is dipping in zinc liquid heating melting, fast production, coating thickness but not even, the minimum thickness of the market allows the 45 m, the maximum of 300 microns above. Color is dark, zinc metal consumption, infiltration layer is formed with the base metal, good corrosion resistance, hot dip galvanized outdoor environmentcan keep decades.

Cold galvanizing zinc (Galvanized) is gradually plating metal appearancethrough the current direction in the plating tank, production speed is slow, uniform coating, thin, usually only 3-15 micron, bright appearance, corrosion resistance is poor, generally a few months will rust.

The hot dip galvanized, electric galvanized low production cost.

Cold galvanized and hot dip galvanized difference:

Cold galvanized and hot dip galvanizing is the difference between the amount of zinc, can be identified from the color, cold galvanized color hairsilvery white with yellow. Hot dip galvanized hair white.

Q: no power to brown trailer wire
yes, there is a way just think about it.
Q: A load of 125 kip is being held by 3 wires all going up. The Wire one goes straight from the load to the horizontal. Wire 2 and 3 form a V on top of wire 1 and are 30 degrees from wire 1. This is a 2-D problem.
You need to use summation of forces. Wires 1 and 2 are gonna have the same tension on them, just in opposite directions. so in the x direction, Fx=125cos(30)+125cos(150) (the vertical wire doesn't contribute to the x-direction forces and I choose 150 because the wire on the left really has an angle of 180-30 or 150) in the y direction, Fy=125sin(30)+125sin(150)+125sin(90) (The vertical wire is a 90 degree angle) Tension=sqrt( Fx^2 + Fy^2 )
Q: So basically my i have a ps3 wired controller but the problem is the wire any jerks or movement at all and it will shut off and i have to repeatedly press the home button to turn it on i am 100% sure its the wire any ideas on how to fix this problem?
It sounds like the wire is loose. To fix this, you'll have to open up the controller and reattach/secure it. If the wire is exposed and is frayed, you'll probably have to get a new controller. This is very broad because you didn't specify the model of the controller. Some of the wired controllers use the normal Ps3-USB wire, while others do not. So, trying opening it up and securing the wire. If you're lucky and it's a Ps3-USB wire, replace it with a new wire. Otherwise, you'll have to get a new controller if you can't fix it.
Q: I am planning to wire my single sub 400rms svc to my amplifier 400rms x 1 @4 ohms. My car model is 94 mitsubishi lancer. how many AWG ( gauge) should I use? Like for Power, ground, speaker wire. I just want to have the full potential of my sub and ampli. For my 2nd question: if I decided to put a 2nd sub wired it on the same amp making it 800rms x1 @ 2 ohms. (my amplifier is a class d mono 1600 watt peak by the way) should I need to use a capacitor?Thank you

Q: I have two ceiling lights in my kitchen that come into the same wiring box (light switch). It's a single light switch that controls both lights. I want to install a two fixture light switch so that I can turn on each light by itself. It looks like there are only two wires coming into the box...a black one and a white one (and a ground wire). The two-switch I bought is requiring three wires though. How do I wire this thing?
if you don't know how to wire for what you want ..i could not tell you enough to get you through the job..but , you can get a pull string on / off switch at the hardware store that will do the same thing that you want ..anyone can do that..just unscrew the light bulb and screw in the pull switch then screw in the light bulb ..they do have them in remote control but they ain't cheap..good luck
Q: need color of sig wire on maf and witch wire is sig on 02 sensore
Yes we do need car description.O2 sensors black wires are normally for the heating element. It should be one of the white wires. The wire will read 0.2 volts with a cold engine and fluctuate between 0.1-0.9 volts at normal operating temp,so look for the wire which has these voltage reading. The maf signal wire will have less than 5 volts on it.Generally it will show 0.60-0.80 volts at idle and increase to between 1.50-2.20 volts at a 2500-3500 rpm level.Be aware that a maf sensors heated wire can become dirty causing it to read and function incorrectly,so it may just need to be cleaned rather than bein replaced
Q: I have eight speaker wires, I can figure that out on my own. I also have a red/blue stripe, black/red stripe, black/white stripe, and blue. Which ones are the power wires?
you will need a DVM, to find what is what. Check the fuse box, and make sure the fuse is good, and search for the constant power.Set the meter to 20V. I like to stick the ground on my meter, in the ignition where the key goes. Then find the switched, key on wire. obviously, you'll have to move the ground on the meter for that. Don't forget to solder and use heat shrink tubing, or red and blue butt connectors, and heat shrink, or tape them well. Then set the meter to ohms, or the omega pic on the meter. once you find a resistance for each speaker, pop it with a 9V battery, not a AA, as both terminals are on top. then when you hear which speaker pops, wire it accordingly. Good Luck!
Q: Hello, I couldnt find a more appropriate category for this question, so i'm hoping someone here knows a little about wiring. today my booster fan burnt out, so I had to replace it. I got a 6in-line duct fan from the home depot. When I got home and took it out of the box, there is just wires with no plug on it. I have an old lamp that I took the cord off of, but there is only 2 cords, pos neg. The new fan has 3. white, black, and green. the black is the hot wire, and the green is grounded to the metal of the fan, and the white I am not sure of. I just want to know how to wire this plug to this new fan. if anyone knows how to do this please get back to me. Any help will be greatly appreciated. once again thank you.
As you say, the black wire is hot and the green wire is ground. The white wire is called neutral. It's the return path for the voltage from the hot wire. Connect the black and white wires to the two power wires in your duct. Hopefully the colors are the same. The hot wire in the duct may be a different color, red or something. Colors like this are frequently used to mean a hot wire that's switched. It sounds like there's a plug for the fan. You can wire on a 3 pin plug and use an adaptor to plug it into a 2 pin outlet or just wire on a 2 bladed plug and leave the green wire off. Make sure it can't touch anything and cause a short.
Q: I need the wiring diagram for the 1992 Lexus ES300 OE Stereo.I specifically need to know what colors (or numbers) the wires are for the front right and front left bottom door speaker.

Q: I'm trying to install a ceiling fan and I'm looking for some help given my home's wiring. I have a single light switch in the room, and here's what's coming out of the ceiling: 2 white wires, 2 black wires and a ground wire. It seems like a set of white and black originate from the same location (in both cases). My celing fan with light has a remote connection, so there's one black, one white and one ground wire coming from my fan to connect to the ceiling. Can someone let me know how to hook it up so the fan and light both work? Thanks in advance.
Are the 2 black and 2 white wires twisted together? (white with white and black with black). If not then you should connect the black (power wire) to the white going to the wall switch, connect the black from the switch to the black and blue (in the fan). The white of the incoming power line to all the white wires of the fan. The blue in the fan is for the fan light. In the bottom of the fan where the light goes will be a white and blue taped together with wire nuts on the ends. These will be connected to the light black and white. E-mail fireman492000 if more is needed.
