- It's best to have a nylon material against your horse. Most blankets are lined in nylon sheeting and they advertize it as polishing the coat. Cotton or wool may be a bit more comfy, but it pulls and catches the fur making the big movements in turnout likely to rip it. That's why they are used inside the stable.

- I have never heard of such a thing. Maybe you need a special kind of paint? All I know is that when I accidentally spilt some paint on my carpet it made it all hard and crunchy. I would suggest getting a floor rug.
- Q:We purchased the recommended pad for use on carpeted areas. The problem is that the wrinkles are pronounced/high. This diminishes the attractiveness and safety of the new rug.The rug was tightly rolled for shipping. It was laid across a bed for 4-5 days allowing the edges to hang hoping to straighten and smooth out these wrinkles. - De wrinkling a rug, You can try to back roll against the wrinkle. You need to leave it rolled up for a few days. You can try to steam it out, but it could take awhile. The oriental rug cleaners have a method of stretching a rug to get the wrinkles out, you might contact a local cleaner and ask about this service. You maybe should return the rug for another, tell them it is defective.

- Q:My cat is 2 1/2 yrs old and I've had him since he was 6 months old. Within this past couple of months he started pooping for some reason on one of my kitchen rugs. I've tried everything to correct this. I've used Nature's Miracle, Vinegar, other pet odor removers, put food in the spot so he would avoid the area, and not only changed litters but changed to scoopable. NOTHING has helped!! At first changing the litters seem to help and I scooped it out every couple of days. My only other choice is to scoop it out every day and/or put him in a cage for a week all day long with his own litter to try and break the habit. Other than that I feel I've run out of options! HELP...I'm at my wits end!!!
- My cat poo's on my Kitchen rug too. Just this morning I had to clean up a pile and prepare the rug to wash it again! It's very annoying. The only way I can get him to stop is to make sure that kitty litter box is scooped out atleast twice a day. The days I forget.. then I know I am going to find a pile of poo on that rug. Some cats are just extremely picky about their kitty litter boxes. Maybe try a bigger kitty litter box or if you have the money, get one of those self cleaning ones. Try getting two litter boxes. I do notice that the kitty litter does matter too. When I'm running low on cash I get the dollar store brand. That brand I have to keep super clean but when I get one with the masking order dealy he uses it a little bit more before he decides the floor is his only option. Also I tried removing that one rug and he started using my daughters bed room and my closet which was horrible. So I would suggest dealing with the litter box before trying any potty repellent stuff cause I am sure the cat will just start going some where else in your house.

- I think I know what you are trying to ask and no. A rug is made of woven materials. I'm assuming you have wall to wall carpet in your dining room. If that's so have you looked under it? You may have a great floor under there! I saw one idea for a dining room that really looked great. The center of the room where the table sat had the carpet cut out and the center was done in hardwood. You need a carpet layer to finish off the inside edge but it was stunning! The carpet still framed the room all the way around but the contrasting textures of the carpet and wood gave it a real custom look. Good luck!

- you can cut it yourself but it's not the best idea as it can get messy, you'll end up with the rug coming to bits. go to a local carpet shop and ask them for the tape (not sure what its called) that will prevent this from happening. good luck
