Q: I want to get my tires siped if it really works to improve traction on ice and snow. Does it really work?
Renegade, I have been driving for 46 years myself and never heard of siping . Must be something the yuppie crowd has come up with.
Q: I have a used trailblazer, and I was wondering the correct tire pressure. While the sticker on the door panel says 32 psi, the tire itself says 35 psi Max load. The tires are bf Goodrich rugged trail p245/65/r17 105s. I am not sure if they are the original tires.
Let me explain this tire pressure a little better for you sense it is very important for your safety and to make sure your tires wear evenly while driving. The 2002 Trailblazer came factory with two different size tires and wheels. The LS and The LT models of the 2002 Trailblazer came from the factory with P245/70/R16 tires that have a factory tire pressure setting of 32PSI.The LTZ model came from the factory with P245/65/R17 tires that have a factory tire pressure setting of 32PSI.Please set your front and rear tires to 32PSI.The max load pressure should on be used for towing or carrying maxium number of people and cargo.Hope this info helps.Best of luck.
Q: See how the bulls inflate the car tires quickly
The valve core demolition, and quickly plus full, remove the gas pipe, quickly put the valve core and then adjust the pressure
Q: i just got my car aligment fix and they told me to to a rotate tires every 7000 miles.do they mean to switch your rear tire for front?and why? i dont get the meaning of this?and if i dont will anything happend to my car?
the reason is that you get even wear on all your tires your tires wear in different places and amounts i think the pattern is right rear to left front left rear to right front and both front to rear on same side nothing will happen except wear on the tires i personally dont i let the front wear put the rears on to replace them and replace the rears id rather buy two tires than four
Q: Tire says 80psi, door plate says 40 psi, thats a huge difference.
Go by the door. Air pressure is what carries the weight. The vehicle manufacturer determines how much air is required to safely support the vehicle and its contents. The pressure on the tire is the maximum pressure that tire is capable of holding. If your tire says 80 psi, you have a load range E tire. That tire will fit on several different applications, which might be 3/4 or 1 ton trucks, obviously heavier and having the need for more weight carrying capacity. What the tire says is maximum pressure, not your truck needs this pressure.
Q: Im 23 weeks prego and Im still tired like horribley tired ? Is that normal for this time ?
You might need a little boost of iron if you are feeling really lethargic a lot of the time. Have a talk to your doctor about that.
Q: I got a flat tire, didn‘t know how so I go and put more air in the tire and notice that it is coming out of the little tube which you put the air in through, it is almost like the tube rubbed up against the rim and slit the a whole in the that tubeBasically is there any way I can repair that instead of getting a whole new tire?I bought that green slime stuff and tried that, the botte suggested it wouldn‘t work but I thought for eight bucks it was worth a shotdidnt work tho
That's the valve stem, a common problem. You won't need a new tire. All you have to do take the wheel and tire to a tire shop and ask them to put a new valve stem in it. Might cost you 20 bucks or so
Q: I‘m buying new tires and there is a $5 fee per tire for one time balance.Do I need that service if there is nothing wrong with my car or this has to do with the tire? Thank you
This Site Might Help You. RE: Do I need tire balance when I install new tires? I'm buying new tires and there is a $5 fee per tire for one time balance.Do I need that service if there is nothing wrong with my car or this has to do with the tire? Thank you
Q: Can you run aircraft tires on your motor vehicle?
No. The straight line grooved tread pattern is not suitable for automobile use. The ride would be VERY rough too.
Q: are street bike tires bigger then mountain bike tires?
Road bike tyres are usually larger in diameter, but mountain bikes generally have wider tyres, giving more contact with the road and greater rolling resistance.
