CQ TYPE magnetic force driving pump (called magnetic pump), is the new product, which use the permanent magnet join-axis working principle for centrifugal pump, and has advantage of reasonable structure, advanced workmanship, full sealed, non-leakage and cauterization-proof, its performance can be match to the same product of foreign countries.

Magnetic pump use static seal to replace active seal, that can make the over-current parts to be on the complete sealed status, and solve the inevasible problem such as run out, extend, drop of other mechanic seal thorough. Magnetic pump is made of cauterization-proof, high intensity project material, steel jade china, stainless steel so it has good cauterization-proof performance, and can transport the medium to keep from the contamination.

Magnetic pump has advantage of compact structure, good- looking appearance, small volume, low noise, work reliable and easy to manage. It can be widely use for taking out acid, alkali liquid, oil type, rare valued liquid, volatile liquid and circular water equipment, filter accessories of chemical and industry, pharmacy, petroleum, galvanization, food-staff, film and television development, scientific research institution, National defense industry. Especially it is very suit for the take-out of leakiness, combustible, explosive liquid.

Flow Rate Range: 1.2-204m3/h
Head Range: 3-50m
Operation Temperature: -15℃-300℃
Matched Power: 0.025-30KW
Working Pressure: ≤1.6MPa
Flow-through Material: Reinforced Polypropylene, Stainless Steel

Q: 1998 Honda civic water pump plastic or metal inside (OEM)?
Water pumps are metal including the frame, the water pulley, and the fins on the other side. Plastic fins would not be ideal as it would spin constantly and come in contact with hot coolant for the duration your engine is on. Eventually, it would soften, bend and become insufficient in pushing and circulating coolant throughout your engine. Hope this helps!
Q: Is it cheaper to run an electric water pump or a furnace?
If you live down south in the good old USA, yes it is cheaper money wise. Initial start up costs can be really steep though. I just saw a great system that has solar power along with the geothermal that was $15,000.00 You may want to own the house and I hope it is worth it as it will be awhile before you even out on the costs. This was a 3000 square foot home I saw the system in, so it may be cheaper, BUT, may even be MORE to install because your place may be smaller and what are local regulations ? Good Luck.
Q: i have a 97 mercury mountaineer and i recently got the thermostat changed in it. after doing so we noticed that the car was leaking antifreeze. we checked to make sure everything was tight and there was no cracks and my uncle said he thinks its the water pump how can i tell
look at the water pump. do you see coolant? if everything is covered in coolant, clean it off with brake clean, then run it and look around the water pump again. It probably is the thermostat housing though. seeing as how they took that off recently. so look there too.
Q: Please specify the reason, the more detailed the better, the head is the pump 1N fluid on the work done, when the flow rate increases, the shaft power increases, but it does not necessarily have to do with the head of the relationship
When the power increases to a certain extent, can not be increased, so when the flow increases, the head can only be reduced
Q: i dont think that the water pump is out. i have a 88 evinrude outboard and the other day i noticed that the water was barley trickling out the hose. then it just stopped coming out the hose. it still comes out of the exhaust just fine. the motor is not get hot. is it ok if it still comes out the exhaust/ i will attemp to run a wire up in the hose to see if it is clogged later today. what do yous think
i use air pressure, but a piece of wire usually works.you may try to back flush it with a water hose.
Q: I have 1 92 cadillac sedan deville and I am takin a 12 hour road trip tomorrow and I want to know if my water pump is goin bad or is it the fuel pump? Please help driving by myself and don't wanna get stranded anywhere. thank you in advance
Prior to the cars coolant getting hot, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Let it run for 5 minutes or so. Look into the radiator and see if the coolant is moving like a jacuzzi. If the coolant is swishing around strongly, the pump is good, if not, wait another 5 minutes for the thermostat to open. If after waiting, the coolant still has no movement, I would say the thermostat may be stuck closed. Unless there is a leak or noise coming from the water pump, don;t worry about it. They tell you when a problem is present. Noises or leaks will be the sign of a bad pump. If you see none of these signs, don't worry and enjoy your trip. Good Luck...
Q: What does water flow mean?
The amount of water delivered by the pump during the unit time, that is, the flow of the pump. Generally, there are three kinds of time units, namely, seconds, minutes and hours. In our country, the unit of flow adopts the international metric units, liters, milliliters, cubic, thousand cubic meters, etc., and different units are used according to different usage environments.
Q: What is the average life of a water pump in a car?
Its a very hard question to answer, like how long is a piece of string. There's no time put on them or guarantee. In all my cars I have never had to change Lucky i guess.
Q: Domestic pump does not use water, or turn, I do not know why?
The motor should be kept working, may be the motor switch problem, idling motor pump long time will certainly be bad, ha ha, the solution is to find a water pump maintenance master to work safety first!
Q: We had a leak in our car and took it to get checked out. They said it is the water pump. Also that it would be around $650 to replace. I know nothing about cars. Is this necessary? and does the cost sound about right? We are going on a 3 hour trip one way this weekend. Would it need to be done before then? thanks guys!
on cars with water pumps that run off the timing belt it can be pricey to replace. If its a vehicle that has a water pump running off the accessory belt it shouldn't be to much unless its a BMW or foreign. state what kind of car its for it could help us answer. also do the water pump before the trip, if its really bad then getting stranded will cost you alot more.
