Q: So last night i was painting my nails and i got some nail polish on my carpet and i cant get it out. Please help.: This has happened to me quite a lot. What I used, was fantastik cleaner and sprayed the spot then I let it soaked in. then I left a paper towel over the spot to clear up the polish. If that doesn't work, you could try putting nail polish remover on a towel and soak up the area with that.

Q: i have a 3ft. carpet python and need to move him into a bigger tank. my question is what size of tank should i get. please use in gallons example: 20, 50, 60 gallonsthanks for ur help: I can only say this: Carpet Pythons are semi arboreal and need a tank that is long and tall. A 6-8ft. wide and 2-3ft. tall tank should do fine for the rest of the carpet python's life.

Q: My mom has had a Karastan rug for 30 years now and it's in gorgeous condition and it has never once shed. It's also wool. I need to purchase one, but I don't like the old fashion designs on the Karastan rugs...does anyone know what other brand rug is equal to a Karastan rug that doesn't shed? I wish Karastan made more modern rugs in wool.: Brand doesn't matter. Any good quality wool rug will not shed. Shop quality, not brand.

Q: So, I've seen on the internet about these rugs that is practically all you need all year round. It consists of 3 layers: a protective sheet, an outer shell and a reversible quilted blanket. I have only seen a few of these on the internet and none in the UK. Do you think these would be worth investing in? You could probably use three equivalent rugs and pay less for them but they wouldn't match prettily. Depends whether you want economy or looks. On the basis that two or three thin layers are warmer than one thick one they should be a good idea. However, I don't have direct experience of this 3 in 1 rug. I've been at it for long enough to prefer economy as long as the performance is satisfactory. Along with others at the yard I use a Morrison's First Home duvet as an under layer indoors when it's very cold.

Q: What material carpet is good for office decoration and what aspects of the problem should be pay attention to?: It is not lavish, and can easily be cleaned up. It need't to be changed by a large area, and it's better to use blanket when it should be changed.

Any help is greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance.: Is this rug like a throw rug or is it like carpet? Either way you can sew them. If it is carpet, attached to the floor, then cut a small piece from behind a door or inside of a closet. Use that to replace the damaged part by sewing it in. You can make a carpet needle by holding a large needle over the flame on your stove using a pair of pliers. With a second pair of pliers bend the needle into a half circle. Let it cool before touching it of course. Then just sew the piece into the damaged area. I've had to do that many a time with my puppies.

Q: I have this OLD area rug from my grandmother. The pattern is beautiful and the rug itself is is good condition, however I'd like to brighten it up! -Especially the white areas which have now gone yellow. Anyone have any ideas on how to clean/treat this rug and restore/brighten it without damaging it with harsh chemicals, like bleach?: I would reccomend taking it to a professional antique restorer. It would suck to mess up something that is that important to you. Also, the dyes may be natural-made dyes, and might be damaged if you used chemicals on it.
