Product Description:

SFL series pump are made with advanced technology, advanced structure and advanced process, and low noise.

This series centrifugal pump has most complete varieties, most wide flow and lift range in the domestic and foreign similar products.

Characteristics:

  1. High efficiency and energy saving: special structure, reasonable runner design and matching gap, the smooth flow part ensures low frication, low resistance, low loss and high efficiency.

  2. Small volume and light weight: the impeller and guide vane etc. main components are stamped and formed by stainless steel plate, reducing volume and weight.

  3. Low noise: select and use special location structure, processing technology and noise reducing measures to greatly reduce noise.

  4. Convenient installation and maintenance: the inlet and outlet are on the same axial line, which is convenient for direct connection and disassembly of the whole pump and water supply pipeline.

  5. Clean environment: it is equipped with exhaust valve and water injecting valve with rubber pipe joint, which ensures the cleanness of environment.

  6. Beautiful design: the products is fused into the shape, proportion and color etc. aesthetic design, and adopts special outer sleeve processing technology and high standard quality 3.

  7. Water purification function: the electronic physical purification equipment is adopted to achieve sterilization and scale prevention automatically during pump running, which not only purify water, but also ensure the completeness of other water supply equipments and expand their lifespan.

Q:Toyota RAV4: Water Pump?
yes..very well maybe waterpump. i sugest you check, and change pump, timing belt, belt tensioner and idler as well..
Q:55KW how large is the water pump wiring?
Transmission within 100 meters, 70 square millimeter aluminum cable, or 50 square millimeter copper cable. If you exceed 100 meters, you'll have to add a number to the cable.
Q:Alternator belt and water pump leakage relations?
Depends. On older vehicles they used multiple drive belts for the different components (my '88 Caprice had 3 belts), but most newer vehicles only use 1 belt called a serpentine belt which drives multiple components (my '00 Dodge Ram 1500) If you lose your serpentine belt it will set the battery light as the alternator is not outputting the correct system voltage, and since the same belt drives the water pump then yes the car will overheat. It's dangerous to keep driving like that, most newer cars have aluminum heads which will warp when they get tooooo hot = expensive repair
Q:How to tell when to replace water pump?
Water pumps are very simple. They only fail if 1) They spring a leak, 2) Their bearing freezes up, or 3) Their drive belt breaks or slips. I'd suspect the thermostat first, a clogged radiator second, or a bad electric fan or relay. They are easy to replace on most pre-1960's cars, and a complete hassle on many newer models. Good luck with the project.
Q:Power of a water pump?
g = 10m/s^2 1 : Mass of water per Minute = 4 * 1000g = 4Kg Mass of water per second = 4Kg/60 Height = 4m Work per second = m(per second) g h = Power Power = 4/60*10*4 = 160/60 W = 2.6666W 2: Total Mass of water = 4 * 1000g * 10 =40Kg Height = 4m Work Done = mgh = 40*4*10 = 1600j Power = Work/Time = 1600/(10*60) = 2.6666W This is a Very Small Pump :P Hope this Helps Kaushalya Damitha
Q:Location of fresh water pump on early 90's Jayco 2500 bumper pull trailer.?
having had many travel trailers the water pump is usually in a cabinet or under a bed or couch with a lot of plastic water lines near where you screw the water hose into the side of the trailer. and they are usually a preset psi from the factory so that is usually nothing to have to worry about and most have an on off switch located in the traier by the kitchen sink. And if the hot water heater is no good look into a tankless water heater it will save you money in the long run but initially you have to have a vent installed up through the roof away from a roof air vent. Another suggestion everytime you move a travel trailer they get the crap pounded out of them and someone needs to go up on the roof with a ladder and/or a plank that goes across the width so there is no weight standing on a roof to make dents or pop seams. Use some plastic stuff like plasticote available at wal mart after you move the trailer and set it up go up and make sure to double coat any of the seams that need it. I crank the heat up inside the trailer and do a double coat the heat rising will put a skin on the plasticote in a few hours instead of 12 or more. and the double coat gets any cracks missed the first time around. After that check it once a year if the trailer stays there.
Q:Who can tell me such water pump medium flow direction should be what kind of, from left to right, or from right to left, is low into the higher?
Low inlet and outlet
Q:99 GMC SUBURBAN WATER PUMP?
You're trouble could be one among two.....The gauge cluster could be bad and want exchanged out(the dealer does no longer restore them),or the gasoline sender(or flow/level sensor)which is attatched the the gasoline pump(does no longer include pump)could be inaccurate. The vendor or repair facility easily makes use of your old sender when changing the pump(which is a dumb thing to do once they have already got the tank out of the auto). And oh incidentally........A GMC is nothing more than a re-badged Chevrolet....And were considering that 1996 once they stopped making GMC seperate on the truck and bus plant and diverted all manufacturing to the Chevrolet crops....Equal construction line, distinctive title plates,do not let anybody fool you about GMC being reliable grade,no more durability...Just more money !
Q:What is the maximum absorption hight for a water pump?
The height limit stems from the fact that water exerts a tremendous amount of pressure. If you have enough water, then the pressure will be so large, that no practical amount of force will be large enough to pump water. Not sure what the height is, but I'm sure you can google it. I.E. Maximum absorption height of a water pump
Q:If water pump was leaking would I smell a syrup smell?
Okay, I take it you've added orange anti-freeze to your cooling system. If the system originally had green in it- you just did something really expensive. The two kinds of anti-freeze don't get along. Mixing the two together then getting them hot makes them into a gel. SO, what you get to do now is a complete system flush(by taking the whole system apart-heater core, radiator, hoses, heater valve, the works) use some sort of flush product, and get a large tub. Then, after you've gotten an amount of it out, reassemble the whole thing, and with the engine cool-put some more flush agent in it. Then, take a garden hose- and fill the system. once it's full open the petcock and continue to use the garden hose to flush the system until the water comes out clear. Now, close up the system and run the car for a bit and check the bottom of the water pump to see if the weep hole is leaking. There is on just below the pump shaft. If that's leaking, the pump is shot. If that's not, then there could be a cracked head, or a bad head gasket. A few things to check for that are- if when the car is running, are there air bubbles coming out of the radiator(with the cap open)? Does it seem to overheat easily? Have you run the engine hot?
