Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q: i want something thatl go fast
- I'll cover some basics with you about advanced longboarding. I'll first start by talking about trucks and bushings, then I'll move on to bearings. Longboarding can be divided into two sub-categories, that is downhill riding and free riding. Now each type of riding has different sets of parts which differ from each other to provide maximum performance for the style of riding. Downhill boards are usually at top performance with trucks that have a 42 degree base plate. You will sacrifice the maneuverability and carving ability of trucks with 50 degree base plates to sturdiness if you get 42's. However, you will be able to handle speed much better on 42's and the risk of 'speed-wobbles' will go down. Bushings are pretty difficult to choose. With all different hardnesses and shapes, it's hard to recommend anything that you will be satisfied with. Bearings are simple. Any bearings are basically the same but MAKE SURE you get completely sealed bearings. Ceramic bearings are pricey but supposedly improve performance. I recommend you look into Randall or Paris for trucks (180mm standard), Khiro for bushings (unnecessary), and Bones for bearings.
- Q: I want to get a Loaded Ceviche with Randal 150mm trucks and orangatang 4president 83a wheels. I was wondering if the upgrade from skates on haight abec 5 bearings to bones reds bearings is worth $10. Thanks.
- yah duude you shood seriously get reds bearings i got reds bearings like 3 days a go and there deffently worth ten bucks even tho i got my for $20. oh yah and if u consider my answer and goes out to get them is that they will make no sound at first like they usually make. here is one way that i no how to get them in, ok 1. get a screw driver and a hammer, then put the rubbery handle part on the bearing thats in the wheel, oh yah push the bearing in the wheel alittle first. lol, ok then the metal part that is stickin up you hit that with the hammer then it shood go in fine, well ok there you how to put it in and get the bearings, well peace out homme g.
- Q: i just bought vapor XR3 inline hockey skates, and the bearings slow down the wheels more than i would like, so i was wondering which of these is smoother with less friction. keep in mind that the shop that i am going to has all ABEC rated labedas + swiss lite, and only up to ABEC 9 for bevo.
- Labeda Bearings
- Q: I'm not sure if they need replaced or what I'm getting told squeeking from my tire is being caused by thison average how much do you think this will run me ?
- it depends. are they tapered bearings or are they pressed into a hub?
- Q: I've been searching my textbook and cannot find the types of bearings that are in a manual transmission. I need to know what types are in this type of transmission and when they are active (not being used). I know there's the pocket (pilot) bearing, but there are more. Can someone please help me figure this out? It's much appreciated. Thanks.
- Mainshaft bearings, countershaft bearings, input shaft bearing.....some are tapered, some are roller, some are needle bearings.........
- Q: I have Bones Reds skateboard bearings and usually just spray WD40 on/in/around them and spin them a little and then spray again and let it dry before putting them back into my wheels and then spraying them again with WD40. Is there a proper way to deep clean/lube them? Also, any instructions on how to remove the shields (because its only one-sided red). Thanks!
- I actually just lubed my bearings yesterdday. Don't use Wd-40 it may seem better but it attracts more dirt than it would normally. Since you have Bones get Bones Speed Cream RF. Bones also make cleaning easy for there is only one shield that needs to be taken off which is the red shield. To take them of just get a thumb tack and go in the gap between the metal and the shield and put it in and pry it off. It will then snap back in after cleaning. Also when you buy Speed Cream it gives you all the instructions.
- Q: Hello, in my car hit another car from side to side, so damaged by right front wheel. The wheel was bent/cracked. Other than that it drove straight.Insurance is fixing the body work. After inspecting the car, they said the steering knuckle was loose/damaged.Is it possible for just a steering knuckle to get damaged, and not have to replace the wheel hub assemble/wheel bearings?
- just the steering knuckle as you call it
- Q: What skateboard wheels, bearings and trucks for my sons new pool skateboard?
- I assume you already have a board picked out. All my pool setups have Indy trucks (factory yellow bushings) they have great turning response. Trackers are good as well, but are less fluid in turning. Both brands have been around for 30+ years and are designed for grinding pool coping. Leave the trucks set at factory tightness, which is LOOSE. Pool skating is much more enjoyable and by far easier with loose trucks. Make sure to get the correct width trucks for the board. when in doubt, opt for a little wider. Get some risers to reduce wheel bite. As for bearings, Bones Reds are a great value. I know many riders who swear by these bearings. My favorite is Pig Swiss. They require less frequent servicing and roll faster. The wheel choice is really based on a rider's preference. The wheels on a pool board generally are 60-63 mm, as larger wheels are faster. The big choice is wheel hardness. the harder the wheel, the faster it goes; but it has less surface grip so it slides more. Softer wheels are grippier, but slower. They are also better on rough surfaces. My two favorite wheels right now are the Spitfire Jesse Lifer II 61mm 99a and the 60 mm Bullet Church Glass 95a wheels. Much of the pool skating crew rides Santa Cruz OJII or Bones SPF. I prefer the OJs for wooden ramps.
- Q: I have a 1994 Lexus 300 GS. I have been told that My wheel bearings are bad.. I drove it anyway and one day I heard a pop and now my power steering is not working? I can start it and drive I just can't turn the wheel very well. I tried power steering fluid, and the belt is ok. Can it be the pump or just the wheel bearings or maybe both? I did not know if the wheel bearings had anything to do with the power steering?
- the powersteering pump could be shot, and yes it does strain the steering pump with bad bearing due to side force at the spindle, start the car and take the cap off of the steering pump and look with a flash light to see if the fluid moves when turning the wheel(help to have someone else turn it but not too fast) if fluid is flowing you have a steering system problem that could kill you and others and get it towed to a shop or get someone who knows auto mechanical to fix it. there are many things that can effect the steering(cv axles/ball joints(struts)/power steering pump/rack and pinion(possible/means no steering at 55 when it goes completely)) too many things to show and or figure here. it is a task to do the wheels bearings and they can go so bad the wheel CAN fall off, and then the poop has hit the fan and possibly someone else, so if it was just someone who said the bearings was bad, get a more educated opinion. And if single marry a mechanic (it's cheaper lol)
- Q: My high flange track phil wood hubs need the bearings replaced and i was going to go to a bearing manufacture i know of as opposed to having a bike shop order it. Are they standard 6000 sealed bearings or something different?
- Phil Wood will do it for you for $40. There are several variations on the hub designs that prevent the ability to give you precise instructions here UNLESS you have the Field Servicable type. If this is the case, just stick a 5mm hex wrench into each end of the axle and twist. The axle will come out and you can replace the bearings.
