Q:how do you take the bearings out from the wheel?
Is if for a sk8teboard wheel? if so use your trucks and put the wheel on one end of the truck and wedge/pull it out. It should pop out pretty easy. to put it back in you put the bearing in place and use the one end of the truck again and just push it in.
Q:Need advice choosing skateboard bearings?
What size shoe are you? This can be a big factor in choosing the right board. I'm a (UK) size 12, and therefore my perfect board size is 8. I'd say 7.5 is ideal for beginners. It's all I used to skate, and eventually you will outgrow it as your tricks get higher and more technical. You will know when it's time for a 7.6 because you'll go throw a stage of snapping lots of 7.5s. They are great for flip tricks, and the basics so yeah. For risers, go Independent. They're perfect. For bearings I'd say Bones reds. Bearings have an 'Abec' rating- that is how fast they spin. Beginners should get no more than an Abec 3, which is what Bones reds are. Many kids seem to think the higher the Abec, the better they will skate. It's not the case. If you're unconfident, Abec 7s will cause you lots of injuries. I've had my Reds 2.5 years and they still zoom. From your truck list definately go for Destructo. Steer clear of Royal and Independent, they are very prone to Kingpin snaps. Other good choices are Venture and Thunder. Your first deck is something which really comes down to personal preference. Some people may recommend 'Flip'- I listened to someone who told me that and snapped mine the day I got it on a fakie heelflip. I thought it may have been a bad model, so had another Flip about a year later, and snapped it on a hardflip within a week. But hey, others have lasted them months. As a beginner, your first board should last you a while, so I'd say go for a Blind 9 lives deck. They have 9 pieces of ply wood instead of 7, and mine lasted so long that it was too small to skate. Q:Are car wheel bearings actually part of the wheel, or are they part of the axle?
These have crappy wheel bearings . They are part of spindle , they have 3 bolts that hold them on . If you take the brake caliper and rotor off the wheel bearing and hub assembly is right there . You need to take the axle nut off its a 30 , 32 or 36 mm cant remember . There is a hole in the hub that will let you access the 3 bolts . Takes about 20 min to change per side . Good Luck and be safe .
Q:loose fits and bearings?
Bearings are matched to shafts and housings to a tolerance of .01mm (ideally). This fit permits creep to distribute wear over time, while providing uniform and stable support for the inner and outer races. Tighter (interference) fits are destructive. Loose fits, which permit chatter and impact, are equally destructive. If you are involved in maintenance you will get your money's worth from the attached link.
Q:why the centrifugal pumps have two bearings?
This is a rough guess by an electrician. There is a lot of radial pressure on the shaft of a rotary pump. Were pumps to have only one bearing, the bearing would have a lot more pressure on one side of the race than on the other. This would cause the bearing to fail. With two bearings, set some inches apart, the radial pressure on the races would be small.
Q:Roller blades with sand should I clean ball bearings with (nail polish remover)acetone? (chemistry)?
Absolutely none of the liquids you mention will react with SiO2 or dissolve it. There is nothing that will dissolve SiO2 that won't also dissolve your bearings. The point of the various bits of advice is that the acetone (or whatever organic solvent) will dissolve the lubricant in the bearings which is holding the sand grains there. Whether you use nail polish remover, or acetone (diluted or not) or gasoline or kerosene or maybe even alcohol doesn't much matter. (Although in all cases you need to observe the safety precautions about inhalation and fire hazards, and keep the solvent off of the upper parts of your roller blades.) Your goal is to remove all the oil (or whatever lubricates your bearings) then let the bearings dry completely. Then you should be able to remove any left over sand by brushing it out of the bearings with something like a soft brush or blowing it out with compressed air. After all the sand is removed, you need to re-lubricate your bearings. (I've been assuming all along that your bearings are metal. If they are not, you need to be careful about your choice of solvents, lest you dissolve your bearing too.) I doubt there is anything else you can do to remove sand from your bearings. In the long run it's probably easier to find a place to roller blade where there isn't so much sand.
Q:Skateboard bearings?
regular skateboard bearings are the same as longboard bearings. i suggest getting bones reds . theyre cheap (15 bucks) and they last long. they have removable shields so theyre easy to clean. if you want a really good quality bearings, probably the bestest bearings in the world, get Swiss Ceramics. theyre expensive though (over 100 bucks) but theyre worths it.

You might want to think about using a conical bearing race. It can support both rotational and thrust forces.
