- Q: It needs to be 8 feet by 10 feet and just be plain light creamish color. No designs, or swirls, or anything, just a light colored area rug! I cant find just a regular PLAIN one anywhere (not shag rug, just wool)... Any ideas or links are greatly appreciated!

- Q: We received a carpet bid for a room that is $2641.00. The next number is 52.44 installed and carpet only 39.44. I'm assuming this is yards? Does that sound like an average price for a slightly above average carpet?For about 200 square feet, is $7/sq. ft an average cost for tile and $1700 total including materials? Then still I have to pay labor separate. It is a unique tile in a unique shape, not square but rectangular.
- The carpet , I need more info on since most of those numbers don t make sense with out knowing the s/f of the room to be carpeted. The 39.44 and the 52.44 sound like a square yard price and to give you a price like that is against the law. All carpet must be given in a s/f price format.. I used to have carpet that installed at 52.44 a s/y but it was excellent carpeting.. So I don t know about the carpet until I get more info, but its sounding high.. The tile could be 7$ a s/f if its unique like you say.. The installed price with the materials is a bit high but not totally out of line at all. Your installation area could explain that.. - I went on one turkish site price and that brand of rug (couldn't find your code) at the size you specified went for over 19,000 euros. Since your looking at a very expensive rug if it is in excellent condition, I think that an appraiser would come to your house and give you a fair price. Just remember that he/she will be giving you the price that they would buy it from you. Or tell them you are looking for a price to insure it at (which will be about 15-20 percent higher than you could sell it for).

- Wow thats quite a list :P but anyway i live in the UK to so i know about how cold it gets one thing i would make sure to do is that on the middleweight and heavyweight turnouts, make aure they have necks, either detachable or built in. This is because it gets cold so your horse needs to be as warm as possible also it depends on the breed of the horse but you might want a lightweight summer turnout sheet , maybe for windy days, light rain or just to keep your horse clean :) an exercise sheet is a good buy if you hack out alot or dont have an idoor school and you wont need the fly sheet until the summer as with the L/W turnout :) good luck with your horse hope this helped x
