Q: There are differences b/t carpet pythons, so please don't answer unless you know your JUNGLES. How old do you think my new 12-inch JUNGLE carpet python is? I have received several answers-- she's a hatchling, she's 5 months old, she's 5 weeks old, etc. I was recently told that jungles hatch at 4-6 inches. Need a more definite answer! Thanks!
She's got to be 5 to 6 months old. I have a yearling male who's about 2 feet long now. But the size of the snake depends on how often you feed it. The more frequently the specimen is fed, the faster it will grow.
Q: Hello, Thanks for taking the time to read this.Ok, I have been living on aparments since long time ago, most of them are all carpet (no choice), so now I'm moving to a beautiful townhome with 2 levels, first level where the living/dinning/kitchen are is all hardwood floors, I was just looking for slidders or socks for the furniture so they don't scratch the wood, my fiance said that the dinning room and the couches will look funny without a big area rug underneath. Do you think that Area rugs are mandatory on hardwood floors? Please share your opinions. Thanks again.
I usually use a middleweight rug if it is really stormy, heavy rain/hail and a cold wind blowing. I would use a heavyweight in snow temperature. It depends on the horse though. I have a Cob and she doesn't sweat in a heavyweight rug at 3-4 degrees celsius. Some horses feel the heat some don't. My sister also has a very hairy Cob and she wears a lightweight rug with no fill in freezing conditions. If you have a horse i would recommend putting on the weight rug you think your horse should wear, check later, if the horse is sweating that means it's too warm, if he/she is cold at the base of the ear that means he/she is too cold and you need something warmer. Good luck.
Q: Wat material is good for office carpet?
How about velvet? It's durable.
Q: I recently bought an ikea rug, which isn't exactly an area rug, but is big enough not to put in a washer. I vacuum it regularly, but it is a white rug with big colourful blobs, and the dirt off of my feet can be seen in certain spots.. I was wondering if anyone knew how to clean it.. I was just going to buy a carpet cleaner and scrub it, but there are multiple spots with dirt. Also, I'm not sure if the colours are going to bleed if I try to do that.. I don't really want to buy a steam cleaner, but I guess if that is my only option.. but again i don't want the colours to bleed.Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

Q: What is dornier carpet
It is not as thick as wool quality, want to pursue more beautiful texture, washing pattern is beautiful mainly bacause the material is cotton and can be washed, don't buy carpet with good feet feeling, decorative pattern is relatively various and price is low, but the shortcoming is it's too thin.
Q: How do you get nail polish out of carpet? My basket of nail polish got knocked off of my dresser and a bottle of metallic burgundy polish broke and leaked all over my light blue carpet....Help!!!
I have another suggestion. Two products that are more concentrated that nail polish remover; -- Goof-Off (NOT Goo-Gone). Try local hardware stores or Ace; big-box stores don't carry this, I think. -- Bestine. Try Art's supplies stores. Both of these are very heavy-duty cleaners; you HAVE to have serious ventilation, like open windows and fans. But they are fabulous cleaners for tough spots. I blotted an ink-pen leak off of a raincoat with Goof-Off and it was like it had never been there after one blot. I also got some stuff that looked like melted silly putty out of carpet at rental property with Goof-Off. It took repeated pours/blots with a lot of paper towels, but it did dissolve the stuff. I found out about Goof-Off from a construction contractor. I think Bestine is raw chemical in nail polish remover. It is used to dissolve rubber cement and clean paste-up wax in graphics shops. I used to work with it, and it's a nasty but effective chemical. Just read/follow precautions on their labels, and be sure to test for color-fastness. If you do use one of these, be prepared to bag up the rags/paper towels etc. in several layers, and get them OUT. The fumes will permeate regular bags, and fill up your house and give you a major headache, aside from the risk from fumes igniting. I kid you not, be careful. They do the job but they are DUE respect.
Q: I am concerned that using the commonly available tapes will damage the underlying carpet. Specifically, if I used carpet tape to attach my rugs to my carpet, if I decide to remove the rugs and tape will my under carpet not be damaged? I appreciate any ideas. Thanks!
Rugs On Top Of Carpet
Q: Found it on rug after 2 nights, whats the best way to get it out?
The only wat is to cut a patch and replace it,you can use carpet in a closet ,cut a square the size of the stain ,than cut out the stained part and replace with the new.I don't think you'll have much luck trying to remove the nail polish with solvent or remover.
Q: what rug would look good with this? Not too expensive please!
