4. QJ using condition

(1). 380V voltage deviation is no more than ±5%, frequency is 50HZ, three -phase power deviation is no more than ±1%.

(2). Motor cavity must be filled with water.

(3). The first stage impeller of the pump should be more than 2mm below the moving water surface, pump unit should be less than 70m below the static water level.

(4). The distance from the motor bottom to well bottom must be more than 3m.

(5). Water temperature should be no more than 20 centidegree.

(6). Sand content of the water ( by mass) should be no more than 0.01%.

(7). PH value of water 6.5~8.5.

(8). Hydrogen sulfide content of the water should be no more than 1.5mg/L.

(9). Chloride ion content of the water should be no more than 400mg/L.

(10). Water yield of water source should ensure the requirements of pump continuous working.

Q: how do I know my water pump failed. 98 mustang V6 started to leak coolant from the front lower part of the the engine. How do I know for sure my pump is bad? Q: how can i put in a water pump for a1994 bonniville sse?: Simple. Open the trunk. Put the water pump inside. Close the trunk. Drive the car (or have it towed) to your local mechanic and ask him to install it for you. ;^)

Q: I have a 1.5 horse Power Hit and Miss engine? Is it possible to buy a water pump I could run off of the hit and miss engine that would pump water from a river over a big hill and little ways and into a water tank or is this just a waste of time. How much water could I pump at a time? A trickle or a gush of water? When I say hill I don't mean like a little hill in your yard I mean a hill you have to hike up? You would be better off with a hydraulic ram type pump if you can get about a 10 or 15 foot fall before the ram. It will pump about 4 or 5 times the height of the fall, but in small quantities. It will run 24/7 without gasoline, so it will fill a tank over a long period of time. The railroads used them during the steam era when they had huge water towers out on the plains.

Q: How important is a torque wrench,if so what is the proper fp torque for pump/pulley ?: It shouldn't be that critical for water pump bolts. It is extremely important for something like engine head bolts because of the extreme pressures inside the cylinders. Just refrain from over-tightening. Q: Well I know the water pump is leaking and its leaking fast. So I put water in the coolant reservoir and when I drive it acts fine but then when I stop and idle the coolant tank starts too over flow and spits the water out everywhere. Car still being at reg temperature the coolant reservoir is steaming/smoking? I can't tell which. But there doesn't seem to be water in the oil??? What's going on? If the water pump is replaced will this stop?: Start where the obvious problem lies. Replace water pump AND thermostat AND radiator cap.
