6.Conditions of use
Pumps used in the following conditions should be continuously to work properly:
1. For water pumps suitable medium, medium temperature shall not exceed + 40°C
2. The medium PH value between 6.5 ~ 8.5
3. The volume of medium containing solid impurity is less than 0.1%, the size is not more than 0.2 mm
4. The power frequency 50 hz, voltage for single-phase 220 v, 380 v, three-phase voltage fluctuation range for rating of 0.9 to 1.1 times
5. Diving depth of no more than 5 m, is not suitable for irrigation and drainage of sewage and chemicals.

- well before you go through a task like that have u checked for opther options? check it out- First: make sure that your radiator is in good condition, check the belts, the hoses and the coolant level. Make sure that there is no coolant leaks. Check the condition of the shroud for cracks its proper installation. It may have become weak after years of operation of said pump. It is a very good idea to dedicate a breaker for this motor. - Q: I have a leak coming from the water pump that flows down on the side of the AC compressor before landing on the ground. I cannot verify exactly where the leak is coming from on the pump, but I am sure it is the pump leaking because it also sounds bad like rattling. - First you have to mention which E320 you have. It could be either a gasoline or diesel model and the E320 model designation has had the M104 I6, M112 V6, M613 I6 diesel, and M642 V6 diesel under the hood. The water pump is not located in the same place on all engines.

- The key is, as 96sentra says, where does the water have to go. We would need to know how high above bucket (minimum) water level will the other end of the hose be, and how fast (Liter or gallon per minute) shall the water flow. This determines the pump type, which in turn determines the solar panel size.

- 1st off, without proper diagnostics you cannot get a proper repair...with that being said... 2nd, I would definately say you have a water pump problem, but all is not lost. Keep 2-3 gallons of water in the back and you'll be fine, 3rd, take it to a repair shop that has the experience necessary to repair your problem. the 3.0 v6's are not easy to work on. To replace the water pump you almost need to take the engine out( at least that would be easier) along with the r/f tire. Best way is to put the vehicle on a lift. My advice...take to a shop.
