The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q: I just bought new longboard bearings, but they arent as fast as my friends. I was wondering if there was anything i could do to my bearings to make them alot faster? They are new so its not like they are dirty.

- Q: i saw some that said speed demons, abec 7 and some that just said ABEC 7 which ones are faster?
- Speed Demons is a brand. ABEC ratings are a generic marking with almost no meaning for skate bearings. ABEC is for high speed machinery with much larger loads. ABEC 7 does not mean that they are better than ABEC 5, ABEC 3 or even ABEC 1. Some bearings without an ABEC rating are designed to be better for skating than ones that follow the ABEC standards. Some generic (no name brand) bearings can be wonderful but you never know.
- Q: the bearings are abec 3's and they just dont seem to go as fast as they used to. any suggestions on how to make them go faster?
- Get some bones bearing lube. Take the sheilds off the bearing if they have rubber sheilds you can just use a pin or something small. If they have metal sheilds dont try to take them off just wash them from the side without the sheild. Wash the bearings out with water and spin them a bit while you wash them. After that get a cup put some water in it and put any kind of cleaner in it and swish it around a bit then leave them soaking in it for like 10 minutes. After your take them out of the cleaner wash them in water one more time get all the cleaner out then leave them to dry 100%. After that put 1 or 2 drops of bearing lube in each bearing and put the sheild back on and your ready to go.

- i have bones red bearings and they've always been as good as when i first got it.it depends if you ride loose or tight trucks. if loose, i suggest venture because there naturally loose and that's how i ride. if you ride tight trucks you should get silver trucks.if you want speed you should get pig wheels or spitfire. if you want grip you should get ricta or pig.
- Q: how do i change my swingarm bearings on my 2004 rm 125?
- Dechart2 is correct as far as removing the old bearings but you can build an installer for about $10.00.get a piece of threaded drill rod ,1/2fine thread,with nuts and large thick washers.Line the bushing up in the swingarm and use the threaded rod to install then.I have about 6 different lengths like this and have used this method to install bearings in more things than I care to mention.

- Really no difference. Neoprene shields are a little easier to get out if you are going to clean or relube the bearings but you only have to take one out per bearing and only do it one time (since you don't reinstall the one you removed).

- no a spindle does no such thing. spindles are only on rwd cars and trucks. if you have a fwd vehicle you have an axle shaft that goes into a hub assembly

- No. It doesn't do anything to help the wheels. If you insist on trying, take the bearings out. If for some reason you insist on keeping those in there too, make sure you haven't clean them recently or have put lubricant or speed cream in there because it will freeze the bearings and probably create more water than you want in there. I don't recommend it at all, all it will do is make your wheels colder. Also I'm not being mean on the if you insists, just you wont know for yourself if you don't try so if you're like me and need to try something even though it probably wont work, I say that. Again though please don't, because this is one of these things I've tried =P
