- The years between 12 and 14 are known to be horrible, awkward, catastrophic years for everyone rug or no rug. If you want to purify the rug from any bad qi you should throw salt on it. Salt is a purifier. If you still feel that you are too superstitious and it is really stressing you out put the rug in the garbage.

Avoid stepping on it to prevent it from being ground in to the carpet fibers even more. Step 2 Is there dough that you were unable to get picked up because it's already too stuck to the carpet? Walk away! Leave the dough to dry for several hours (I find that over- night works best). You want the dough to be as dry as possible. Step 3 Using the edge of a spoon, firmly scrape the dough from the carpet. The spoon will not damage the carpet, and it will also loosen the dried dough that is stuck. Step 4 Vacuum the carpet thoroughly. Continue to scrape and vacuum until all of the dough is removed.

We went to home depot and they said they would have to charge us around $900 to replace all the carpet padding and install the new carpet. we said that we would leave the same padding (to save money), but the woman told us that it is an ohio state law that carpet companies MUST replace the padding if they are going to replace the carpet too. another company we called said this isn't true. was the lady at home depot just trying to get more money out of us, or is there really a carpet padding law? - I have never heard of a law requiring you to replace the padding when installing new carpets. How exactly would that law work if you were buying a carpet that has a built in padding? An installation company may have a policy about it but i could find no laws requiring it. Call your attorney General's consumer department and ask them if there is in fact a law but i doubt it very much.

- hi i live in ireland aswell! in the summer i leave my horse without a rug day and night! in winter i use a heavey weight rug a masta brand its very good at night i bring him into his stable and put on a stable night rug which is not heavy also masta! if you want to in the summer u can use a fly sheet which are very light and do not make the horse too hot! good luck !! : )
- Q: My cat is 2 1/2 yrs old and I've had him since he was 6 months old. Within this past couple of months he started pooping for some reason on one of my kitchen rugs. I've tried everything to correct this. I've used Nature's Miracle, Vinegar, other pet odor removers, put food in the spot so he would avoid the area, and not only changed litters but changed to scoopable. NOTHING has helped!! At first changing the litters seem to help and I scooped it out every couple of days. My only other choice is to scoop it out every day and/or put him in a cage for a week all day long with his own litter to try and break the habit. Other than that I feel I've run out of options! HELP...I'm at my wits end!!!
- ok so either you could use a different pet repellent on the carpet or try something on the carpet that cats dont like on their paws... so they dont like walking on foil or rocks. also try a sound machine to scare them. I've had a toy that when it sensed motion it scared the cat away. also to encourage your cat to use the litter box you can move his poop to the litterbox.
- Q: every time i leave the housemy cat pees the rug even when we are sleeping. we have tried every thing with the viniger and that stufff that cleens the rug and takes away the odor. the rug is by the window cill and there are some stray cats running around outside. every time she does is we flick her nose and put her in our bathroom. plz help i`m tired of scrubbbing my carpet.
- I know this may sound gross, but buy some Summers Eve Douche, the Vinigar and Baking Soda, and is your cat Spayed? If not, this may be the problem, if she can hear tomcats outside, this may be her way of saying I wanna night out with the boys! The Summers Eve will totally get rid of the odor, and the baking soda in the douche will absorb any surrounding odors! And......you could buy a second litter box, and place it under the window sill! And if you buy a sprayer, and some rubbing alochol, it will keep your cat away from that area! Don't let her eat it though, it will make her sick! But I would take her and get her spayed if she isn't already! Perhaps she has an UTI..... We need a few more facts.....did you have a second cat who recently found a new home, or passed on? She may be depressed....were you previously home more often, and are now going out more? Maybe she has seperation anxiety.....without knowing the whole story, it's hard to say!
