Q: Does quot;Pulling the Rugquot; effect negate and destroy Dark Red Enchanter, if D.R.E. has been out for a few turns. To clarify: The card came out, the effect was activated immediately. A few turns later, quot;Pulling the Rugquot; was flipped after his trigger effect. Does quot;Pulling the Rugquot; still negate and destory D.R.E.?We know it would negate it if we had flipped P.T.R as soon as D.R.E was Normal Summoned, but we don't know if it still counts if it happens a few turns later. The wording of the card is unclear.
Ok here is the Special Effect of Pulling The Rug Negate The Activation and the effect Of an Effect Monster Whos Effect Activate When a Monster WAS NORMAL SUMONED (Even It Self),And Destroy That Monster You know in Yugioh TCG Alot Of Secrets, that makes you do alot of Wrong Moves,You have To Focus Dark Red Enchanter Special Effect makes him When he is Normal Summoned,You Put 2 Counters on him (That Count as an Effect),So Dark Red Enchanter Made an Effect when He Got Summoned,So he Will be Destroyed Immediatly Ok so here is how u should Play it You have Pulling The Rug face down on the Field,Of any Monster Got Normal Summoned and Activate His Effect, you can activate Pulling The Rug and Destroy D.R.E,But If you have Dark Red Enchanter Already on the Field,You can Activate his Effect Normally, because u didn't activate Pulling the Rug When he Got Normal Summoned Same With Mobius and the Other Monarchs,If they got Normal Summoned and you have a face Down Pulling the Rug,You can Activate it to Negate and Destroy the Monster,But you Cant Activate it if you have the Monster On the Fild and Already Succe Normal Summoned Hope This Helps
Q: When my carpets are cleaned at first, they are perfectly clean and I have a friend who owns a carpet company who doesn't just steam clean the carpets. After a few months, the same stains seem to re-emerge from where they were before as if they were cleaned on the surface but re-surfaced.I have 2 cats where I have cleaned hairballs, and a lot of throwing up, and I think that's what the stains are from. I use the MIracle stuff for cat stains/odors and it seems to work at first, but again they come up especially in the hallway upstairs. The rest of my my carpets are not bad, even after a year. I take good care of them and keep them as clean as possible but these round stains in various places make it look really bad! How can I make them go away permanently. I'm tired of hiring expensive carpet cleaners where they look great for a month or so; then these same spots seem to come back plus additional hairballs which I try to catch as soon as I can.Thanks.
I think everyone should invest in a Bissell carpet steamer. They're no more expensive than a vacuum cleaner, and they sure do come in handy for cleaning tough stains in carpets. There's a special Pet Formula detergent they sell (I think Walmart sells it in a generic formula, too), that does a great job of getting up cat stains. It's a lifesaver for me.
Q: I have 13 grandchidren and want to put in a carpet that is stain resistant and wearable
Guitar has some very good points on the stain resistance in a carpet but I have to choose a pure nylon carpet for durability. These fibers are treated now with a heat set in texture retention that when properly cleaned the fibers will come back to life and stand back up. These fibers you are walking on the tops of , and this is what you want. Berber , since your walking on the yarn side, has a tendency to matt and crush. Most berbers are also made of an Olefin/ nylon mix. While Olefin is a good stain block by nature, it is a softer yarn. So it boils down to a good stain blocker set into the fiber as its made ( not topically applied ) nylon and a good anti matt/ anti crush warranty. Nothing less than 10 years. Not all stuff will come out of a carpet . The trick is to properly treat spills right away and in a way the manufacturer suggests. Plus the daily vacuuming and at a minimum of once a year a professional , certified carpet cleaner. Mohawk and shaw make some good products. I lean toward Mohawk because I sold it for almost 20 years. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar. GL
Q: My eight month old son just popped the lid and coverede himself and the carpet!!
Carpet cleaner and then add boiling water. After this, make sure you scrub really really hard and make certain that the carpet is completely dry, use a hair drier if you have to, because you don't want mold under the carpet. This should remove it, it removes most carpet spills except things like ink.
Q: I have a dark beige livingroom carpet and bought a dark brown (almost black) bamboo rug . Will it look right ?
Any rug can be used on top of carpets. You may have to get a carpet mat to place under the bamboo rug so it doesn't move and buckle on the carpet.
Q: So, I m moving to an apartment that has totally outdated carpet. I want to change it, but obviously I can t being that it is an apartment I m renting. Are there any other options, other than buying a giant rug? Also, what are carpet tiles? I ve heard that they re cheaper than actual carpet, but do they require installation? Are they permanent? DIY people, help!!

Q: For my bedroom. I'm a 14 year old girl, and I'm remodeling my bedroom. I'm painting 3 walls light blue, and one wall a darker shade. My furniture is all white. (Desk, bed, night stand, dressers (dressers have a blue trim...)
My pick would be the second choice for several reasons. Because the walls and the trim on the dressers will be blue, I'd be concerned with how the various shades of blues found in the rugs, your walls, and furniture will play together. If they clash, it won't be a good look. I am personally not a fan of zebra stripe so that pretty much ruled it out for me. Also the fact that the zebra striped rug also has blue trim again makes me worry about too many shades of blue in one room. The second choice is the most neutral of all. It also adds a chocolatey color which looks beautiful with blue. Adding this rug will add a new color to the scheme which will complement the blues in the room.
Q: Refreshing my memory been a while so wondering how to lay carpet with a seam. Don't have enough carpet so have some extra carpet that looks the same that I need to use so wanting to lay the carpet with a seam so all the carpet will look as one.
Practice - practice - practice First, the carpet pieces all need the fibers going in the same direction....if you can't do that, it won't matter how skilled you are at seaming a carpet, the piles running different dirctions will stand out. Clean cuts - you need a clean cut along the seam, on BOTH pieces to get them to look good when they are joined. Two kinds of tape - adhesive, and 'carpet' tape (which needs a seaming iron). BEFORE the carpet is stretched for the room, the adjacent pieces of carpet need to be joined. This involves making a straight, clean cut on both edges - this cut should match identically. I achieve this by overlapping the two pieces, and using a straight edge, cut through both layers at once. (You need a VERY sharp blade). Next, apply the seaming tape to the underside of the carpet. I prefer to use the professional grade carpet tape, and I own all the necessary carpet tools to do this. If you do not own them, they can be rented from a local business that rents tools and equipment. I wouldnt make the investment in tools for one room of carpet. If you are using carpet tape, cut it to fit the length of the seam (actually allow it to extend beyond the ends of the seam, for a couple of inches) Plug in the seaming iron, allow it to heat up, and then place it UNDER the carpet, but ON the tape. As the seaming iron heats up the tape, slide it along the length of the seam, pulling the carpet edges together behind it, and press them firmly into the tape. (A roller is handy for this) Do NOT overlap the edges, do NOT allow them to pucker...this is why a good clean cut is so important. Allow the tape to cool, and then you can stretch the carpet and trim it out. Have Fun
Q: How many categories can carpets be divided into according to different materials? and What characteristics do they have?
In texture: Blended carpet is blended together by pure wool fiber and synthetic fiber. Imitation fur carpet is of fine texture, revealing the original wild charm, but silk is not easy to color, step up feeling very comfortable: Silk carpet is hand woven carpet which also has characteristic of prevention damage by moth: High quality pure wool carpet is made of fine wool textile, pattern design and hand feel. The progress of modern science and technology, at the same time, it's strong, moistureproof and of soft touch, and is usually very wear-resistant and flexible. Fur is soft, faux fur texture is almost lifelike and not easy to aging. It's look and hand feeling are similar to wool carpet. Every faux fur carpet shows a unique personality, and it's worse than wool carpets in color's gaudy and richness. It's also very practical, silky touch imitation fur, nylon carpet mostly, fade. Silk carpet: Chemical fiber carpet is synthetic fiber carpet, which is very similar to wool carpets. Chemical fiber carpet: Pure wool carpet. Blended carpets's gloss is very high, and in different light it will form a different visual effect: Shiny and attractive, and has a good anti-static performance, uniform thick and rich in elastic. Carpets can be divided into the following in accordance with the material, anti fouling and other characteristics
