Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- Q:Do I need to change the water pump if I replace the timing belt ? and does the water pump connect with the timing belt ? if the water pump goes out will it bend the rods ?

- Q:as i asked before in my question what needs to be fixed when a water pump goes bad. so finally it went bad today the car leaked all coolant and for some reason all the blades on the fan broke and the battery light came on. which is connected to the alternator belt so thats not the problem. so now does anybody have any idea how much it would cost to fix and by what i know it needs a new belt for water pump and new fan and water pump etc. taking it to mechanic monday but wanna get an estimate first from u people. any ideass thanks
- seems like you pretty much know what you need id say add the belt tensioner they do go bad so while you got it a apart wouldbe smart to go a head and get one also and really since you know whats bad you could replace it all your self seems like you know more than you think none of it will be hard
- Q:I have been quoted $600 to have a a water pump placed on my 2003 saturn vue. Also, another $300 if a thermostat is also needed. I cannot afford this at this time. Additionally, I have had problems with the car without reason all of a sudden not starting. Then, when I get the car to the mechanic it starts. It drives me nuts. Do I need to have the fuel pumps replaced? Do I need to replace both fuel pumps or just one, and which one?
- Depends on if it's the 4 or 6 cylinder model. The 4 cylinder is ran off the timing chain and will be very difficult requiring some special GM tools; the 6 cylinder engine would be much easier.

- Q:A guy i know changed the Water pump on my 02 Chrysler Sebring with a 2.7 in it because it was leaking coolant, when i got it back the leak was fixed but now there is a ticking noise. He thinks that the Timing Chain Tensioner needs to be replaced... can i get some opinions here? does he sound correct?
- Chrysler's 2.7 Liter Engine is pure garbage!!!!!! They start ticking and knocking and then they die. Sorry, I've been a victim of the 2.7 Liter as well. I had a 2002 Intrepid with 101,000 miles. It needed a THIRD engine installed. All those 2.7's sludge up and die. I heard the water pump is built inside of the engine itself...

- Remove the lower unit. Place the lower unit in a stand if available. unbolt the waterpump housing and lift off and over the shaft. Place new water pump lower piece on lower unit. slide the new impeller down the shaft and line up with shaft key and slide into place. place water pump upper housing on shaft and slide down over impeller, turning shaft a bit to bend impeller blades. Bolt down housing, grease shaft splines and put lower unit back on. You may find it easier to change the lower unit oil while you have it off.

- It sounds to me like the water pump broke apart, and destroyed the timing belt. The thermostat has wax inside it to control when it opens and closes, so if it overheated there's a good chance the wax leaked out, and the thermostat will no longer open when it should, causing further overheating. As for the flush, they probably want to make sure there are no broken pieces of water pump in there that will cause further damage. As for having your vehicle serviced by Firestone. Ugh:-( I too would be worried about valve to piston contact when the belt broke, but I'm not sure offhand if that's an interference engine or not. I do however know (slightly off topic), from my time as a Dodge tech, that they had a silent recall on the 3.0L heads: If they happened to have them off for any reason, they would cut a small groove in the top of the valve guides with a special tool, and install a snap ring to prevent the guides from sliding down into the runners.
