- This is kind of confusing.. Why does the fixture need to attach to the mirror? If it is a strip light kind of fixture, it does not attach to the mirror, but it attaches to the wall above the mirror. Some are mounted to the wall on each side of the mirror. I have never heard of one attaching to the mirror, but I am sure they exist somewhere. Go broswing for a new one at Home Depot, and the instructions in the box should tell you how to mount it

From what I've read you should do the flooring before you do the toilet, but wouldn't you want to do the vanity before you do the flooring? - The toilet will have a specific footprint which will have to be surrounded by the tile (I'm assuming tile flooring). So the toilet would have to be installed first, then the flooring would be properly laid around it as necessary. The flooring should be last to accommodate any footprint changes you do including the vanity placement and size as well. Any painitng or ceiling work should be done before the floor as well. I'd do the floor last.
