- Well, that depends. Ryan was partially right. In some schools the administration holds control of what goes into a paper, so it's not really free... Still, in the real world, the PUBLISHER has the final say (and he could be the owner or speaking for the owner) so even there the reporters and editors are not the final authority. However, I think what you are really saying is that you had some sort of problem along the lines of the regular press got to go in somewhere where you (as a high school or college reporter) were not allowed. I always felt the press was the press and should have free reign and access to all information and the ability to go where ever the news was. In other words, a reporter was a reporter, no matter WHAT paper or electronic media he was with. That being said, we frequently were blocked from crime scenes, sometimes from industrial accidents on private property and elected officials were ALWAYS trying to keep us from finding out things that they didn't want the public to know about. Frankly, the press' Rights are what they manage to snag or force to be allowed. Good question though, you just haven't given us all the information.

- Usually press on nails come in about 8 different sizes in one box. If you buy one of those packs you should be fine. For biting your nails, you should try to buy some clear coat polish that tastes disgusting so you wont want to bite them. It might help your habit :)

- ^ great answers Mainly, try to be creative, these people get hundreds of press releases and you must try to make yours stand out, if you just send a regular folder with plain pages, that is not very impressive. Contact a Graphic Designer if you have the means to do it.

- a panini is a pressed sandwich. they even make panini grills which look almost the same as the foreman grill. yes that will work, and it will look nice with the grill lines on it. or you can put them in a large skillet with a little butter on each side and then put another heavy pan on top to weigh it down.

- You can wear it on its own if you want. Depends on what you're looking for. If you just want to get rid of shine, and aren't worried about coverage (because most pressed powders don't have much coverage) then yes, you can wear it without applying foundation first. Some powders I liked were Maybelline Dream Matte powder, Hard Candy Welcome Matte (has zero coverage, but is really good at keeping shine away for long periods), Too Faced Amazing Face powder, and NARS powder foundation

- You should be able to find cold pressed caster oil at your local health food store. Heritage and Home health are two of the brands that I'm most familiar with. Both are cold pressed with no chemical extractions. Stay away from the ones at the drug store, they are processed with chemicals. Good luck and be well.

- You should not worry about how much you can bench press. You should worry about form and reps. For you i would to higher reps and lower weight. That would be oriented for fat loss and toning. Also women would want to do A LOT less of flat bench press and stick to incline and decline bench press. This is due to breasts, flat bench will flatten out your chest, while upper and lower will lift.
