- The squat is an excellent exercise, but I would always recommend the leg press or hack squat for their safty. I use the hack squat myself, never try to squat without a spotter.

- i used to get the expensive Lancome pressed powder at Macys and then decided to try there sister line Loreal Truematch which u can buy at Walmart Target or any drugstore actually. i LOVE it and have gone through SO many powders because its hard to find my color! - yeah, supposed to be coarser ground than for drip machines. It is way better flavor-wise to grind fresh for each brew. If your dad doesn't have a coffee grinder and you buy your coffee at Starbucks, they can grind it specially for your specific machine.

- Most hotels will provide an iron in your room but you can keep things pressed by layering the shirts with tissue paper when you pack; also there is usually an elastic-type pull-out line of sorts in the hotel bathroom where you can hang your shirt on its hanger while you are showering, and the steam from the shower will steam out the wrinkles. - I actually am a prosecutor, and your question has several parts. Arrested and pressing charges are two different things. you can be arrested by police for whatever charge, and the paperwork follows after. You need information from someone on a first hand basis to press charges, but you can arrest someone for less than that. That's when Speedy Trial provisions kick in. the prosecutors then have time to get a statement from someone who actually witnessed the crime, and if they don't have it by a certain time, the charges die. - Usually, the seams can be treated in several ways and sometimes it's hard to know which to use though often can be corrected later, but seams are pressed in one direction or the other for several main reasons: 1...so they'll easily fit with other seams when joining two areas where the seams will join or overlap (for example, a row of blocks sewed to a row of blocks will have two seams meeting at the corners of all the blocks...generally then all the seams will have been pressed to one side for one row, but pressed in the opposition direction for the other row so that when joined, the seams from each row will nestle nicely into the other row 2...so a darker colored fabric won't show up around the edges of a lighter one if the seams are pressed toward the dark fabric 3...sometimes also to leave more hand-quilting room since seams are usually too thick to quilt through by hand Some people these days tend to just press all seams open to avoid having to decide, and assume there'll be enough quilting on their quilt to prevent too much stress on any individual seam. And if piecing by hand, which some people still do, the seams aren't actually sewed over so that all options will still be open by the time that seam needs to be sewed to another seam area.
