Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

- Q:what kind of clothing is this for? can you dry regular t-shirt, Polo's, pants, jeans and shorts on this setting? how long does it take? and if ur dryer only has high, Permanent press, and low, is the press a medium heat? i am trying to avoid shirking.......
- Because your dryer only has only Permanent press, Medium heat and Low I would use the medium heat to avoid shrinking which is your concern. What I do to save on my electric bill and the ware of the cloths fabrics and shrinking is I have a garment hanger next to my dryer. When my clothes are hot and fluffy and still on the damp side I shake out the clothes and hang them on plastic hanger to finish drying. Then all I have to do is go hang them up and they come out without any wrinkles. Over 50 years of doing laundry. I hope I have been of some help.
- Q:Is it good if I can do a clean leg press of 230kg? (45 degree angle thing)I weight 63,5kgI also got up to 250kg from about maybe 55 degrees or so.Also: Is it true that if you have a bad blood circulation, your muscles get exhausted more easily because the oxygen can't reach your muscles that good (or something like that) ?
- leg press can be too easy with the 45 degree thing, much better progress and larger muscles can come doing squats and its better for flexibility as well yes bad circulation will exhaust your muscles and the bigger the muscles the bigger the effect. maybe you need some hypoxic training?

- Q:: I am looking for a french press coffee mug that is equipped to heat the water by plugging it into the 12V socket in a car. I want to be able to add water to the coffee in the mug. Plug it in. Plunge it. and have french pressed coffee. It seems like a simple principle... but I can't find any available. Does it not exist???!? - Q:i'm 16, i have very strong forearms, and very very strong biceps, in those areas i am ahead of people my age, however when it comes to bench press for some reason i can not do nearly as much as most my age or as much as i should be able to do. what can i do to improve my benchpress max and what is wrong with me?!
- bench press is mainly the chest - trceps- front of your shoulder NOT bicep or forearms...thats why your having difficulties but its simple...do bench press along with other chest, tricep, and shoulder exercises and you will get your max rep up
- Q:I'm a high school gymnast and I compete all around. For rings, p-bars, and floor, I need to learn a handstand press. Besides working core, back, and shoulders, what exercises can help me work on them? I've been practicing for a while (doing them with a spot, against a wall) but I can't get them. Any ideas? - I actually wouldn't recommend you do any more strength. If you are already training and doing skills, then what you probably need is flexibility. Work you middle splits on a daily basis and when you try to do try to make your feet be in line with the rest of your body, as opposed to piked.
- Q:i bench press every day and i was told that i would get no where doing that. and what is the best protien i can get if i want to get as strong as i can get in 3 months.
- yup. I started benching at 145 every day for 2 weeks then went to 185 for 2 weeks. next is 225 . shoulders feel great as they are always limber. sets are 8 reps 5 sets. my goal is 315 every day. It will happen conditioning is key. most work outs require heavy tearing and recovery which overall is bad. its not a race. I see huge strength gains and stamina doing it this way. no pain or injury either. give it a try.
- Q:Do you really need to buy a 4 color printing press to print more than one color on a shirt? Can't you just buy a 1 color printing press, do the first color, take off the screen, put the next screen and do the second color? Third color?
- You can defiantly just use a single colour press, however this will take up a lot more time and also reduce the quality as it will be difficult to align the press in the same position as the previous colour, this would probably contribute to a lot of waste too. It would depend on your clients, are you going to have a lot which are after 3 or 4 colour printing or are you going to be catering for those who are after fewer colours?
- Q:This may be a difficult question but just out of curiosity, what do you think the equivalent weight would be going from dumbbell press to bench press?At the moment I am doing my sets with 40 pound dumbbells with about 8 or 9 reps a set. I can hit the 50's once or twice

- I usually press it as that's. as quickly as I enable it to dry first it someway does not maintain its unique shape that's very difficult at cases. in case you want a flower to maintain its unique shade, place it between 2 products of tissue paper. If shade isn't significant, only placed it in between the pages of a e book and place it under a heavy weight. desire this permits!
