- i use MAC, but it is very expensive...since your skin is oily and you are breaking out i wouldnt recommend MAC...even though it is my favorite makeup line, my second favorite is Covergirl...try the covergirl line it is very inexpensive and have good results... i would recommend these two covergirl...clean press powder in original...it has noxema in it and covergirl smothers pressed powder, it smoothes imperfectons!

- Farther apart works chest more. Close grip works your triceps.

- When you say press, i assume that you mean a press to handstand. Try it with a spot first, and then get the spot to be lighter and lighter. Or you can try doing them against the wall. Or try starting with your feet higher, like on a low beam or something. They will defiantly help with cast to handstands, because they use pretty much the same muscles and action. Good luck
- Q:iam looking for a calculation or the difference between doing a bench press on a leverage bench vs a regular bench , for example i have a powertech leverage bench , if i have 300 lbs on it including the 30 lb U shaped bar that holds the wieght, and i lift it, whats the difference in actual wieght lifted compared to doing it on a regular flat bench, calculating the fact that you start at the bottom position on a leverage bench and there is no need for balancing the wieght like on a regular bench, and the difference in the angle in which you push up the wieght on a leverage bench, i know 300lbs on a leverage bench is not the same as doing 300lbs on a reular bench, does anyone know any websites or know themselves the ratio's or the difference in each is....like if you can do 300lbs on a leverage bench does that mean you can really only bench 230 on a regular bench..etc etc
- Just have a proper diet rich in fiber and protein and try to cut all the unhealthy stuff from your diet atlhough its good to enjoy. Dont binge on unhealthy stuff any other time. You should also exercise 3-5 times a week and you should definitely see results in a couple of weeks. Learn more here:
- Q:I have La Femme Hollywood pressed powder and Aveda free powder. One uses a sponge like material and the other a brush. Which looks more natural? - Pressed powder is usually applyed with a poder puff thing, and will apply thickly but will last longer than loose powder. Its less likely to spill and will be easier to apply. Loose powder can go everywhere. It looks more natural and is thinner when applyed with a kabuki powder brush or a blush brush. They both have good points and bad points, so its whichever you like the best.

- You need to go through with the charges. It is through the grace of God that you are still here as your girlfriend's ex could have killed both of you. Tell the cops that you are being pressured into not going through with the charges. The police will set your girlfriend and his mom straight. By the way, the only effective help this jerk will get is if he is imprisoned and has to face the consequences of his behavior. If he is allowed to get away with it once again, he is apt to kill someone. As for how long he will get...that depends on his previous record (if any) and any mitigating circumstances. I wouldn't worry about it though. You are lucky to be alive and this guy's behavior is criminal. Jail is where he belongs. Good luck and God bless.
