Q:ive head that they are good, but how do you incorporate them into a training routine? do you do them with the normal bench press, before or after? do you do them instead of the normal bench press? and if my sticking point i8s 2-4 inches above my chest, do i position the board at 2-4 inches above my chest?
Put the boards at sticking point and do instead of normal pressing. Train for strength not mass. i.e. low reps. DO for 4-6 weeks. If you feel yourslef getting stronger reduce board height, at the end you should be presing a bit more. Look up Louie Simmons and westside barbell, they invented this and he has a new book out.
Q:I see people (even some muscular people) in the gym bench pressing just the bar with no weights on the sides. Isn't that just 10 pounds? What is that good for and why do it?
No, the bench-press bar is typically 45 lbs, not 10. Many times people bench press this amount because they do not have the upper body strength to benchpress more, or alternatively if they do they are using low weight and high repetitious to gain muscle tone instead of bulking their muscles up by using heavy weights.
Q:can i gain muscle without bench pressing cause ive heard it doesnt and does affect ur growth
yeah you can always do it by yourself like by doing sit ups and push us are just as good and they dont cost any money.
Q:how long should i press my flowers for? until they are fully dry? and after that i was thinking about laminating them and saving them... would that be a good idea? cus i dont want it to rot inside the lamination...
i wouldnt laminate. it could damage the delicate flower. press them (firmly) until completely dry. could take a couple weeks or a couple months, it all depends on what it is and how you are doing it. just make sure you dont disturb it till its finished. leaving it to be pressed to long is much better than not long enough.
Q:i bench press every day and i was told that i would get no where doing that. and what is the best protien i can get if i want to get as strong as i can get in 3 months.
yup. I started benching at 145 every day for 2 weeks then went to 185 for 2 weeks. next is 225 . shoulders feel great as they are always limber. sets are 8 reps 5 sets. my goal is 315 every day. It will happen conditioning is key. most work outs require heavy tearing and recovery which overall is bad. its not a race. I see huge strength gains and stamina doing it this way. no pain or injury either. give it a try.

Q:How can you obtain press pass if you want to jump from amateur photography to professional, and what about the sports events like games of NBA, NHL, NFL etc.
Jose, The professional sports photographers you see at the major games are all there with a magazine or publication of some type. Obtaining press passes as an individual is close to impossible. However, you would contact the publicity company of whoever the home team is. They are who have the final say (not the vendor) of whether or not you can get a press pass. Veteran photographers have seasonal press passes for certain teams which also works out quite nicely. If you want to jump into pro, I'd say start off at your local newspaper. Photographing high school sports, local sporting teams, etc. Then, after you've built a portfolio, start looking to actual publications. Even if they say they'll do you freelance, they can still provide you with press passes.

the way I have been given mine years in the past replaced into via understanding the bands or artist, they needed me to image them so I that have been given me a press pass. Q:Do you really need to buy a 4 color printing press to print more than one color on a shirt? Can't you just buy a 1 color printing press, do the first color, take off the screen, put the next screen and do the second color? Third color?
You can defiantly just use a single colour press, however this will take up a lot more time and also reduce the quality as it will be difficult to align the press in the same position as the previous colour, this would probably contribute to a lot of waste too. It would depend on your clients, are you going to have a lot which are after 3 or 4 colour printing or are you going to be catering for those who are after fewer colours?
Q:Hi!I have started a strength training routine in the mornings. Unfortunately it is hard to find anyone I know to come with and spot me that early in the morning. So what is a good replacement exercise for the bench press to work the chest in case I have no one to spot me. I guess preferably something using a machine that I won't need that spotter for.I know that pushups with the hands out wide work the chest, but I have no idea if they are effective enough to replace the bench press. So anything that might work about as well as a bench press would be great!Thanks!
The bench press is the most effective chest exercise there is. I strongly recommend you stick to it. I do it without a spot. When you do the reps, on the rep where your upward momentum slows then this is the rep on which you stop. In my expereince for example, if I do five reps at roughly the same pace for each then on the way up on the sixth I slow down then I won't attempt a seventh.
