- Yes, it really depends under the state law in the state you live in they allow the police/district attorney to press the charges. If there are witnesses or injuries it do longer becomes the victims choice so the state will press the charges under there domestic violence or assault/battery laws.

- There's really no bench press standard. It depends on many factor: how long you've been training, the type of training you've been doing, how good your form is, genetics (shape of muscles and length of tendon attachments), etc. I will throw out the common metric that only about half of men aged 30 can bench press their weight. Another metric to use is if you can bench press 100 pounds more than you're weight, you are probably in the top 10%. If you can bench press double your weight, you are in the top 2%. At age 16 with a bodyweight of 143, a 190 pound press is very good.

- PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS WARNING Standing presses do not stunt your growth. Standing presses do have a danger because this exercise puts a lot of strain on the rotator cuff of both shoulders. I had to have surgery on my right shoulder because of this so please do not ignore this warning. Before doing this exercise, you should work on conditioning of your rotator cuffs for at least 6 months. You can find exercises for this by doing a Google search. When you are ready, doing the press with dumbells with palms facing is less strain on the joint than standing presses with the barbell.

- Look at getting an RCBS,Hornady or Redding rotary press if you are going to do a lot of pistol reloading. A single stage press set up would work well enough, but with the volume of rounds you will probably be using the rotary will work best. Look for a kit set up with the press,case trimmer,Hand primer,scale and powder dispenser. You will need a case lubrication pad if not in the kit too. Most reloaders will need a tumbler also. The rotary press will allow you to use two or three dies as needed to reload the cases. There are DVDs and Youtube vids that can be helpful. Obviously you will need a good reloading manual, some kits will have one included. There is a lot of information, and some sporting good stores like Cabela's and Sportsman's Warehouse actually have intro classes. Reloading is going to cost to start up, but will pay in the long run.

Like I understand that in domestic violence cases the victim has to press charges, so what about something like harrassment? - Do you want to press charges is really the equivalent of asking, are you willing to be a cooperative witness? Obviously, to prove some types of crimes, the victim's cooperation is absolutely necessary. For instance, an element of a theft charge is that the property was taken from victim without victim's consent. So, the victim will need to cooperate and testify He did not have my permission in order to successfully prosecute. Some types of crimes really do not need victim testimony, such as murder -- it's reasonable for a jury to assume that the victim did not consent to being killed.
- Q:so which bench press will help give you the most strength in your chest? could you also tell me how to combo them in a workout, like flat to decline or decline to incline.
- Thers absolutely no right or wrong way to combo bench presses! actually the more you vary it the better! I guess the flat is the best for overall strength, but its good to mix it up and try different angles at which you put pressure on the pectorial muscle! This way you can keep track on prograssion in multiple ways! So just do whatever you want in which ever order, keep the body guessing! Also play around with the sets and reps im sure you can appreciate between buildin size and sterngth bit it good to vary it from now and again!
