SO.....I purchased almay nearly naked LOOSE powder and liked it, but was scared it was going to make me break out since it wasnt on the clear complexion line, although it is still non clog poring. I exchanged it for Almay clear complexion press powder and im afraid it will dry out my skin? Help? has anyone ever used these items before? If so..what do you like better? I have sensitive skin..gets kinda dry at first, than oily during the day. Thanks
- I much prefer loose powder. It has a more natural look. I have sensitive skin too. So I only wear makeup about 3 out of 7 days of the week. I would say that most likely the pressed powder won't break your skin out IF you don't put too much on AND you moisturize first. I would recommend Aveeno. It has an SPF and doesn't break my skin out bc it's hypoallergenic. I have found loose powder to not clog my pores as pressed does. Try investing in both and use the pressed powder in your T-zone (nose, forehead) where your skin is oily and breaks out more. Then, apply the loose powder on the rest of your face. hope that helps!

- Most red carpet events require press credentials, which means, in effect, that you need to get their permission first. The press credentials for each event are given out by the officials running the event. They are not general licenses or ID. On the press release, there should be a media contact phone number or email. Contact them and tell them you want to cover the event for your newspaper, magazine, blog, or whatever. If it's a relatively small event, and they are looking for as much press coverage as they can get, they will probably get you a spot on the red carpet. If it's a major event, that the press is hungry to cover, then space on the carpet will be limited, so they will be more particular, and are less likely to let small media outlets in.

- Wow, I'm 13 and Bench 145 O.o I recommend doing 7-12 reps of 70-80% of your max with 3-6 sets of this. ( That's around 145-150 and eating a big tuna Sandwch with a Pbj and a Glass of milk for lunch or with lunch and a bottle of gatorade 1 hour to 30 minutes before your workout. - Q: I heard from someone that bench-pressing works out the triceps (well, as well as many other muscles), but how much does it work them out? A bit? A lot? I'm asking this because I want to know whether or not I should do tricep workouts on top of bench pressing. I really hate working them out, but if bench pressing works them out by a significant amount then that would be all I need :)
- Bench pressing works out your triceps but not that much. You should still do separate workouts for your triceps. Everyone thinks the secret to big arms is big biceps but it's triceps. I spent more time in Iraq then I wanted to and 6 days out of each week there was spent in the gym during my down time so I know what I'm talking about.
- Q: and can you imagine Pacquiao or Mayweather pressing 200-250lbs
- Not usually. Most that I know at least don't lift any weights because it makes it harder to cut weight when you are getting ready for a fight. Also most weight lifting like bench pressing don't add muscle you need for fighting. Personally I was told not to lift weights and I am just an amateur. And the pro boxers I train with don't lift any weights.
