- Q:I've had this problem for a long time, after I have to shut down by pressing the power button (Or because there is a power failure) my computer starts up again, goes into loading screen, and then goes into a black screen with options like Last Good Configuration and Safe Mode. I don't usually have to turn off my computer by switch, but it does come up one time or another, and it doesn't happen the first time, maybe 5 times or 4. I run an XP, Please help! Is it because of pressing the switch or is it something I did before? I don't think it's virus though.
- It's probably due to pressing the switch. Computers generally prefer to be switched of by the conventional method of start, turn off and shut down.

After a certain stage of development push-ups will not be so beneficial in making your muscles bigger, but doing them as an endurance exercise will always increase your actual physical strength. Also, do you have access to dumb-bells? If so, lie at a 45 degree angle and do vertical reps (i.e. your shoulder to as high as you can reach). That will also help ;?)

- theres no point in doing two weight sessions in a day hitting the same muscle group...it would lead quickly to overtraining and you dont want that. Be patient and progress will come. Remember that you need to overload your muscles at each training session, you need it to be intense to shock your system and you need rest to let your body recouperate. Other exercises such as squats and cleans will actually help your bench press in one way or another (they are full body movements) and so will hit muscles that you use during the bench press. So to summerise there is no need to train the same body parts twice a day, in fact it would be detrimental to your performance on the football field, so take it slow, increase the weights gradually and keep a training diary/ log so you can keep track of how much weight your moving.
