- Q: I'm trying to get my bench press form right, with free weights, but whenever I try my left side seems to always be lower than the right causing it to be unbalanced. The weight isn't an issue here as even with the bar stripped of free weights, I still have this problem. However, when I go to the bench press machine, I am able to do that with no problem at all, so I'm sure it's my form that is a problem. What can I do?*I'm right handed if that matters...
- im exactly the same, im strong enough to lift the weight easily but my form makes it very difficult to lift hardly anything whilst doing bench press i am also right handed, and because my right side is used alot more its the stronger of the 2 and you can see that on the bench press. you can fix it either by using dumbells and doing more on your weaker side, or you can use weight machines and just lower the weight alot more than normal and do it 1 handed. alternatively if your not bothered about bench press and just want to work those muscles then you can use a bench/shoulder/chest press machine.
- Q: i'm looking to buy a new cookie press as my old one has had it. on ebay i see lots of vintage sets. are they worth the purchase? i make cookies so regularly that this is an important purchase. is there a perfect cookie press? i've used wilton before and it broke within the first few uses. my old cookie press is pedrini, an italian brand. i would love to hear another baker's opinion.

- Q: I called the cops on my ex becuase we were involved in an argument and he hit me, I called the police in July 2009 and he was arrested and charged with assault/domestic violence at the time I did not press any charges, as of now the case is still open and he is on probation, can I still press charges if I want to?
- Why would you want to do that?...Time has passed, get over it...Don't be rediculous about it. Unless he comes back at you and does somethign again than I you should press charges... As of right now, nearly TWO years after the incident you want to press charges on your EX?...lol..did one of your girlfriends put you up to this?...This is rediculous, grow up already.
- Q: ok..so me and my bf or ex or whattever, have been together adn living together for 4 in a half years. the past 3 weeks we have been broken up with he has not evicted me at all. lately we were getting along and then last night i came over to get some stuff and he flipped ...he called the cops saying i tried running him over and the car i am driving is getting re po soon and i wouldn't return it. I took off..( I DID NOT TRY RUNNING HIM OVER) i called him 10 mins later and he kept asking me the same thing, why did u try and run me over and i kept saying wtf are u talking about. he first told me he called the cops,. then said he didnt...later that evening he told me he did and that the cop was there the whole time on speaker, but he todl the cops he didnt want to press charges. he has no proof nor any witnesses. did they have to fill out a police report if he isn't pressing charges or can the cops still come after me? any information would be great, thanks!
- the police would have written down all the information, wether or not he decided to press charges. if he isnt pressing charges, then the cops wont do anything but the police report will still exist. if he does, then he's gunna have a hard time coming up with evidence and witnesses to back up his claim. i think that depending on how you play it out in court, the judge should favor your side. if the car was in fact supposed to be repossessed and you left with the car, that could be motive for him to make up a lie in order to get back at you for taking the car.

- Press was treated horribly by the Bush Whitehouse, similar to what Nixon did. They would hold information, don't give anything to the media, but when they were ready to release information the media would be all over it because they finally had something to report. Media finally realized their own mistake after the Iraq war and that they have been used. Watch the documentary called Control Room, its very good. I, however, believe that journalists in the US especially are preparing for a payback against the republicans. If you look at the news coverage now, its all about Obama and Clinton and the air time McCain gets is very minimal. Regardless if McCain is a good candidate or not, media today is not going to allow any of his messages go through. As the old saying goes, payback is a b****!

- Assuming you're actually a member of the press -- meaning you're going to write or broadcast something about the concert -- your first contact would be the concert promoter. They may be able to arrange press credentials, or they can put you in touch with the band's management. Be aware that having a press pass does not necessarily give you access to the performers. You can ask for an interview, but they're under no obligation to give you one. If you're not a member of the press, but just want to get backstage, you'll have to come up with a pretty convincing reason why you should be there.

- Q: i use a french press and i get small particles in my coffee that taste bad. what kind of filter can i use to filter those particles out? name a SPECIFIC product that i can buy.
- Don't do it! I can't be sure without more info, but I would guess that you may be using too fine of a grind. Grind your beans more coarsely. Also, be sure that you are pressing slowly and straight down on the plunger. If the plunger is tilted, it will allow for some grounds to enter your beverage. Don't refilter the coffee, this will not help the taste at all. Feel free to contact me if you need more help!
