Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

- Q:what kind of clothing is this for? can you dry regular t-shirt, Polo's, pants, jeans and shorts on this setting? how long does it take? and if ur dryer only has high, Permanent press, and low, is the press a medium heat? i am trying to avoid shirking.......
- Permanent press is a medium setting. You can use it any time you would use medium heat. I keep my dryer on the 'permanent press' setting, and only use 'high' for things like dog blankets that I don't care about.
- Q:I see people (even some muscular people) in the gym bench pressing just the bar with no weights on the sides. Isn't that just 10 pounds? What is that good for and why do it?
- Well the bar is more likely a olympic bar witch weighs 45 pounds also they do that to tone up.

- Q:I wasdoing decline presses in the gym the other day and experienced sharp pain in my front left shoulder. Sometimes the pain radiates from the top and along the shoulder blade, but mostly in the area of the front deltoidwhere thepec attaches. I'm seeing mydoc later this week. Advil and icyhot help a little but it aches all the time and really hurts if I raise my arm forward or to the side. Any idea what it might really be?
- Did you get a good warm up before doing decline presses? I bet you pinched some nerves on your shoulders due to repetitive strain from the presses. Active rest is essential in order for the strain to heal. It is a good idea to see a doctor to properly diagnose the problem. To prevent shoulder injury, I suggest you keep your shoulders healthy thru Simple Stretches, Range Of Motion and Strength Exercises. This will keep them solid strong and free from possible injury.
- Q:I can military press 100lb dumbbells (one in each hand) with ease. I've worked really hard to get up to this point, but......100lbs dumbbells are the heaviest that my gym has, so I have to move on to the barbell. Since the dumbbells isolate both shoulders, I should technically be able to military press more with the barbell than I should with dumbbells, right? Does starting off at 205 or 215 sound like a good idea? I've only been lifting (seriously) for about 2 years, so I'm still somewhat of a noob.Thanks!
- Yeah, you can probably do as much as 245 lbs even In my experience (and this is none scientific at all) but in my experience, when I use barbells instead of dumbells for exercises like that (bench press, overhead press, bent over rows) - the amount of weight I can add to each side is almost identical to the weight of the dumbbells. So by that logic, you could add 100lbs to each side of a barbell, making the weight 245lbs HOWEVER, the form is slightly different, so I would advice to start at an even 200 and focus on perfecting the form. be careful with the changes. Watch your chin (you have to move your neck out of the way) and watch your back - you have to squeeze your glutes so your lower back doesn't arch. Also watch the positioning of your hands on the barbell as its slightly different. A narrower grip will work your shoulders primarily, but hit your triceps quite hard. A wider grip will work your shoulders and your upper chest the most.
- Q:How many times has Her Majesty had to issue gag orders to the press since taking the throne?
- In theory she can. She IS the Queen, after all, and thanks to the unwritten nature of the British Constitution, she can do anything that isn't specifically prohibited - and this isn't. - You are not the DA, so no, you do not have the authority to press charges. What you can do is contact the police and file a report. They will investigate and arrest, and then the DA's office will decide what charges to file.
- Q:I have a machine where you can do a lot of workouts. One is where you are sitting and have one bar on each side of you that you push forward, like if you are bench pressing, only sitting up. Does this work out the same muscles as lying on back and is it easier. People ask me how much I bench and I can do 200 sitting but have no idea how much I could do laying.

- Q:I feel like my nails are different from other peoples there wider and my fingers are shortish and I bite my nails a lot so I want to try press on nails but will they fit my nails?
- It all depends on the size of your hands and fingers.Maybe buy the regular kind and a petite one and see which one fits best. If one doesn't fit you can always return them. ( Ask if they are returnable first otherwise you might have wasted a couple bucks!) If both fit you, keep them for next time! Hope I helped! :)
