Q: Why cant I see the Task Manager option when i press Ctrl + Alt + Del on Vista?Im on Vista Ultimate x32I am an administrator By the way, says so on User Accounts: press ctrl+shift+esc. in vista pressing ctrl + alt+ del won't show the task manager. it would do something called unblocking. not clear about it.

Q: what's the difference between pressed wood and plywood? Also how can you tell what's what?: ditto answer no 1 ...to tell the difference...look on the side or ends ..you will see multi layers in plywood ...ply is all so much stronger

Q: How long does it take to see results, usually? And what is the best way to make the chest poke out, I guess? I heard doing incline bench presses help; can someone verify it please?: Dude the point of working out is to breakdown muscle mass and giving it time to recover so it gets stronger and bigger. So just workout each muscle group once a week, it might sound like it's not enough but it's the amount for the muscle to recover. just remember to get to muscular failure with each set and get a good diet otherwise all your working out will be for nothing.

Q: i am 17, 5ft8 and weights around 180, and i can bench 3~5 sets of 185 pounds for 5~8 reps. and my max is 225 pounds for 1~2 reps,, is there any way to increase my bench press? i have been bench pressed for long time. and i do rest my muscles and i also eat lots of proteins and work my whole muscle groups. is it possible for me to reach my max to 315~350 pounds?: move to the moon

Q: i received a rose yesterday and im persistent to make it last for years with out it falling apart!!! when i was a kid i used to press cosmos which turned out wonderful... now i have a half opened rose which i want to press.. any helpful deas?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? i want all the petals showing, how can i make it still look so lovely as it does now???????: It is nearly impossible to keep a rose looking fresh forever. To press it, you will have to take apart the rose because of the fleshy bits underneath. It will not look the same as fresh, not only in shape but also color. Check out the sources. Some other ideas are drying the rose by hanging it upside down or placing it in a box with silica gel, but then it will still not look fresh. Freeze-drying the rose can be done professionally and seems to produce the best results.

Q: I pressed charges on someone because they pulled a gun on me for no reason and then they turned around and tried to press charges on me for Verbal Assault in the 3rd degree...I was just wondering how that was possible or if it is?: Yes anyone can press counter charges (at least in NY), but the circumstances, situation and credibility go a long way in if those charges are ever followed through with by the police and the District Attorney. He was convicted of 1st Degree Aggravated Assault for using an electronic device to make a threat. He got 6mths in county jail and 2yrs probation. I got my Mugshots,Fingerprints, and Sweet Satisfaction all back.

Q: Whats the difference between the two? Is bench press better than doing push ups?: Doing push ups works more of the upper back muscles (trapezes or traps) along with the chest, triceps and shoulder muscles including the rear deltoids. Doing push ups you have to balance your weight which also works the ligaments and tendons of the muscles. A free weight bench press is the same as a push up because you have to balance the weight. The free weight bench works everything the push up works except the traps and rear deltoids. FYI: Whenever you can, do free weights. They work your ligaments and tendons along with the muscles because you have to balance the weights while you are pushing or pulling them. In my opinion the push up is better than a bench press because it does work more muscles. This does depend on how big you want to get. Your body weight can only build so much muscle. For me my body weight is enough and therefore the push up is better for me. Someone else may have different goals and of course the push up will not be good enough for them. However, there are creative ways to add weight to the push up to make them more difficult for more challenging goals.

Q: what does the perm press do on a washing machine?: It is for stuff that doesn't need to be ironed, like polyester. What it does is NOT spin so much water out of the fabric (because that also contributes to wrinkling). Put directly in and out of the dryer promptly is also recommended for these types of fabrics.
