Q:i want the information about the fat reducing press.: i don't know

Q:I would like to press a purple carnation I got 3-4 days ago. I would prefer to press it onto just a piece of normal printer paper. What would be the best way to press my carnation (w/out getting any books dirty!)? I've never pressed a flower before, so I need all the details - should I cut off them stem, should I press the flower on its side or on its center, etc. Thank you (and yes, I will be marking someone as having the best answer - 10 points baby!) And yeah, I know this is a weird question :P: I have pressed flowers in the past with good results. Copy paper will do. You can either trim some of the stem or leave as is (as long as it's manageable). Place it on its side between two sheets of copy paper and place something heavy on top. I would suggest to use something like a manila folder on top the copy paper---then put a book on top or something else that's heavy. Leave it undisturbed for awhile. I am not sure at least a month---maybe more. I still have pressed flowers that I have had for 10+ years. Good luck!

Q:This specific chest press machine.Does it work the upper chest?thank you: No, it wasn't designed for that. However, the machine will work the entire chest with the emphasis on the mid pec. If you want specifically target the upper pec, use an incline bench and do flys and dumbbell presses. And, just the opposite for the lower pec....a decline bench. You'll feel the burn in the anterior deltoid if you're working the upper pec. You'll get a more diverse and thorough chest workout if you do all three...flat bench, incline, and decline. It's also worth mentioning that the exercise and equipment only get you in the ballpark and what has the final say in what muscles are being worked is the brain. For example, a bench press uses both the pectoral and the triceps as major movers. How much of the motion is pec and how much is triceps can be controlled in part by your brain. It requires that you understand the muscular activity and can control the muscles individually when at rest. Flexing the muscles individually at rest and with no motion is one way to help train your brain to understand how to contract the muscles individually. Then, if you focus on working the stronger muscle (pec) more fully throughout reps, you'll help prevent the triceps from failing prematurely and keep you from quitting before you have a good pec workout. Where I worked out many years ago we called that putting the mind in the muscle...mentally focusing on the target muscle so it gets the greatest possible workout while saving the weaker supporting muscles for the last reps. Q:I tighten the belt as much as I can (sorta hard to adjust) but it still jams. It's an inexpensive mastercraft 10 model. The belt looks fine to me but I don't know what to look for. It jams a lot, almost unusable with a 7/8 forstner bit. Really annoying. I would definately get a new belt if I thought that was it. I think it didn't jam as much when it was new. I think the 10 Mastercraft is a little light for the 7/8 forstner bit, your killing it slowly. Even if you use a belt dressing, then you'd be killing the motor. What you need is a bigger motor. I have the same set-up and I get into the same situations. When I get into these problems I don't even try, I go into my killer the 1/2 inch Dewalt. I only wish I would have bought a one size larger drill press. That's all I can think of, maybe there is another answer. I did try a belt dressing, it only killed the motor, damned near killed it permanently.
