Q:How do I issue a press release?
There are distribution services that will issue your press release for you. They already have established networks with various new media outlets and it's really the best way to get a widespread distribution. Keep in mind there are journalists out there that need to come up with news stories every day, so they look to press releases to get this information. If you are just looking for local exposure, you could skip the press release writing and just contact local media outlets to share your story. In order for your press release to be effective, there are guidelines on how it should be written and of course having something truly newsworthy will help get your release noticed.
Q:the public vs. the press?
The press should be non-bias. The press presents all sides so you, the reader, can make a decision based on what you think is best.
Q:Need reasons why Freedom of Press better than Freedom of Religion?
Both are good. But Freedom of the Press or Free speech allows our voices to be heard. We can express our view in newspapers and books. We can make speeches and have other people hear different ideas. With new ideas and points of view, society can grow and get stronger.
Q:How did the printing press effect millions?
It was really the atomic bomb of the time. It changed everything. The printing press brought learning, it brought enlightenment, it brought rebellion (the Protestant Reformation), it brought massive wars, it brought new manufacturing techniques (people needed lots of paper suddenly), it brought schools (people needed to learn to read and write). It brought freedom and knowledge - it brought new weapons and greater slaughter... So it did quite a lot.
Q:Why do tennis players have to go to press conferences?
The ATP World Tour has over 1,900 players in its singles ranking list. The vast majority of them will never be approached by someone in the press, because the press only wants to glorify the lucky few who've made it to the top. The press people don't want to discourage kids by teaching them the reality that becoming a top 100 player is sort of like winning the lottery. Heaven forbid! On the other hand, if you're among the very, very blessed people who've become top-30 Commitment players, then from ATP's point of view [or WTA's point of view] you OWE them for the money and fame you've been allowed to achieve. A long time ago, there was a famous baseball manager, Connie Mack, who said this: The sporting world was created and is kept alive by the press. And so, your contract requires that you talk to the press, even if you've just been destroyed love and love by the world champion. It's unpleasant, of course, but that's part of the job. In Andre Agassi's book Open, he described a few instances in which he skipped the press conference, without regretting the fine he had to pay. I guess if you own your own business jet, you can make your own rules, at least to a certain extent.
Q:How can increase my bench press to 185 for basketball?
This is my workout Sat Mon Wed Bench Press 4x5 Dumbbell Press 3x8 Dumbbell Fly 3x8 Incline Press 3x8 Incline Fly 3x8 Pushups till failure Sun Tues Thurs Bar Jump Squats 3x10 Calf Raises 3x20 Hang Cleans 4x5 *Squat Ups 3x5 Squats 4x6 Dead Lifts 4x6 Most important, more for the lower body than the upperbody is to do 5-10lb less than you think you can rep. Good form is SIGNIFICANTLY MORE IMPORTANT than quantity for lower body lifts. * Squat ups are a pretty neat exercise, but not that commonly used. Lower the squat rack to bench press height. Get under the bar, set up in squat position, and explode up. Slowly lower the bar into the locks or whatever holds it, and after a half second, explode up again. It's important to use enough weight in which you feel the power, but light enough to easy control when lowering and to get a lot of speed of the explode. Be sure to get a lot of protein after these workouts. To see improvement, add 2.5 lb to the squats, deadlifts, hang cleans, and bench press every two workouts (so you should be added about 3.5 lb a week).

Q:Cookie press not cutting!?
LOL. Using a cookie press is a two-handed operation. I grew up on, and still use, a manual cookie press. You probably need that third trigger shot. The dough needs to make contact with the cookie sheet. You sort of feel it with the hand opposite of your cookie press hand. Temperature also plays in the equation. If the dough is too cold, it will not stick on the cookie sheet. Good luckl.
Q:how to get a press handstand?
Hey :) So I answered a similar question recently, so, if you don't mind, I'm going to copy and paste with a little bit of editing. If I were you, I'd start with a press headstand to get the very basic motion down. It takes very little strength but will help you to understand the leg motion, at least. Do that once or twice. Press handstands take a lot more upper body strength and have different mechanics than a press headstand, so keep building up your arm and ab muscles by doing V-ups, push-ups, plank holds, etc. Basically what you want to do in the press handstand is lean your shoulders forward, slowly putting all your weight onto your hands as you lift your feet. It is similar to a cast handstand in that way - if you don't lean your shoulders, you won't have the balance you need to complete the move. When you're first learning your press handstand I would recommend using a wall to help you out a little (when you lean your shoulders forward, press your upper back against a wall for extra support. Your hands should be placed down about a foot away from the wall before you begin). Good luck :)
Q:What is the main differnce between a machine bench press......?
Machines are more stable comapred to free weights. So on the machine bench press (probably the chest press), you can do more because the weight is more stable. Free weights tend to wobble, which brings other muscles into the equation. So while you can usually do more weight with machines, free weights are generally better for overall strength gains and form.
