Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Factory director always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We has gained ZDHY, ISO9001 authentication.
- Q:How in the world do you do a bench press or a lunge?
- There are various forms for bench. I use a more power-lifter style, which brings in the triceps much more than the shoulders, and is much better on your joints over-all. Your grip should have at least one finger on the outer rings of the barbell, unless you're pretty tiny. I usually have my ring finger on them. Lift off, then somewhat quickly lower down to your lower chest/solar plexus area, then press off hard and fast like your life depended on it. Other forms include bringing it to mid-chest, closer/wider grips, and slow down/slow up. To do a lunge: step out forward and bring your rear knee almost to the ground. Your lead knee should not go past your toes. Then, use your lead leg to raise yourself back up.

- to hit the glutes with the leg press you want to use a shoulder width stance and use a full range of motion. basically you want to lower the weight as far down as possible.

- Looks like you got it. Although some people touch even with the nipples for both type of presses. Especially if you're doing it without a spotter.
- Q:Im 15 , about 5'8 how much should i be pressing?
- Like okorder / For example, take 10 or 15lbs on each side. About 60-70 lbs total and see how many fluent presses you can do. Going all the way touch your chest and up. And obviously always have a spotter. So put your weight you lifted (go lower weight, you want alteast be able to do 8reps) and put it in the calculator. Its a estimate, the number given, take that and start benching alower weight. This gives you a start
- Q:I am trying to become a Freelance Photographer and sell my photos to the local newspapers and other media organizations. I plan on taking pictures of crime scenes and different law enforcement / fire department events in my area.I've talked to a few people and they all told me that I would need a Press Pass. Okay, here's what some people in your situation (actually needing a press pass) did. We had a county press association, and when I was president, II made name cards for all the members -- even some who were freelancers like you. I think your idea of making yourself a news media with a blog is a good one. Print yourself up a card with your blog name on it, and your id for contacts -- name, phone#, email addy. I bet it would work -- make it _real_ official looking!

- Hi, at 13 years old there's only some exercises that will prevent you from growing. Those are all exercises that you do when you are standing up. Like doing squats or olympic weight lifting. Standing military press, shoulder press, and arnold press are also dangerous for your growth. So do them when you are seated. So you don't have to worry about bench pressing. Keep up the good work
