Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

- Q: ive head that they are good, but how do you incorporate them into a training routine? do you do them with the normal bench press, before or after? do you do them instead of the normal bench press? and if my sticking point i8s 2-4 inches above my chest, do i position the board at 2-4 inches above my chest?
- Put the boards at sticking point and do instead of normal pressing. Train for strength not mass. i.e. low reps. DO for 4-6 weeks. If you feel yourslef getting stronger reduce board height, at the end you should be presing a bit more. Look up Louie Simmons and westside barbell, they invented this and he has a new book out.

- No. In order to press charges, police would have to have the perpetrator in custody and there be significant evidence with no doubt that this was the guy that was doing it. You can report it and the police might come fill out a report and possibly ask your neighbor some questions. But without proof, there is no solution. Maybe having the cops nose around about it will be enough to deter any future problems though.

- Im 16 , 5'11 and i max out 275. First off are you just starting to lift ? my max has taken about a year and a half to achieve with hardcore lifting. You should be starting off with a max of 90-115..

- The right way of bench press is use 85% of your body weight for reps and 100% body weight with out reps. The goal is to lift you own body at least once or twice without hurting yourself. If you are beginner than use 85% of your body weight and slowly increase it to your body weight. make sure you have a spotter, don't go bench press with free weights by yourself. You can kill your self. Also it is always a good idea to start of with push up it is the safest way to start pushing your own weight. About maxing out weight I am 5.7'' and 28yrs old I bench press 250lbs that is my max. i weigh 170Lbs and I don't have a bigger frame. So if you have a bigger frame you should be able to weigh about 190lbs that means you can bench press up to 300. The logic is that the human body can life 50% more than its own weight.Well every thing takes time you are only 14 yrs old.

- as for how often you should work out, it depends on how hard and how long you work out. Bench press works pretty much your whole upper body, and curls specify the biceps. If you work out like as if you're trying to gain muscle, you should go every other day, but if you're just trying to get in shape you should probly only do it after the soreness has gone away from the last workout. You should go more intense if you're trying to gain muscle mass
- Q: I heard from someone that bench-pressing works out the triceps (well, as well as many other muscles), but how much does it work them out? A bit? A lot? I'm asking this because I want to know whether or not I should do tricep workouts on top of bench pressing. I really hate working them out, but if bench pressing works them out by a significant amount then that would be all I need :)
- Bench pressing works out your triceps but not that much. You should still do separate workouts for your triceps. Everyone thinks the secret to big arms is big biceps but it's triceps. I spent more time in Iraq then I wanted to and 6 days out of each week there was spent in the gym during my down time so I know what I'm talking about.

- hmmm a good press for under 500 dollars? The only way would be to look on OKorder or craigslist for this. My press was about 2000 new that is though.
