- For semantics only the District Attorney presses charges you can file a report. The police investigate then the DA decides if it is worth pursuing. If the suspect decides to go to trial then yes, he has a right to confront his accuser in court. This means you may have to go to court. In most cases the DA will offer a plea deal and avoid court.

- Your best bet is to do Leg Presses but you won't get anywhere without a specialized cellulite solution. I prefer Cosmetyn (use this link: bit.ly/gNZbv ). With leg presses alone and light cardio, it can take from 6 months to a year to lose the cellulite, but with Cosmetyn it really shouldn't take you longer than 4 weeks. Good luck :)

- Yes bench press will work your triceps although more emphasis is on the chest. Wide grip pushups will work your back good but for chest, close grip is best.

- Q:Hey, I have recently purchased a free weight bench press. But I can't always have a spotter and I have seen some bench presses that have safety rails to the bar cant fall on you.Is there anywhere I can purchase some safety rails? Are they only for a specific bench?
- There are safety rails but they can be pricey that can be used for any bench. I have included some website on bench press safety. I would suggest if you can't afford a safety rail then do use a spotter if you are using a straight bar. If you don't have a spotter try doing incline presses or flies with two free weights or different kinds of push-ups. Push-ups are a great way to built the chest. We just recently lost a high school football player to a bench press accident. He was working out alone and his mother came home and found him dead so please be safe while working out.
- Q:I have a 2000 Mazda Miata and up until recently it has functioned perfectly. Recently it started to make a squealing sound when the clutch was pressed. I noticed the sound would go away as soon as the car warmed up. Now however the problem has leveled. The car now stalls every time i press the clutch. - Sounds like the clutch release (throw out) bearing sounds like it is frozen. Time for a clutch job.
- Q:I am a little over 21 weeks pregnant and just recently felt the baby move on the outside of my belly pretty good...acutally starting on Friday we could feel the baby kick or move on the outside if I pressed in the area I felt the baby move.
