- Q: I am a 20 y/o male ectomorph body type 130 lbs 5'7. I have been working out for about 2 years but probably only started getting serious with compound exercises with high weight, low reps, for about 2 months.I have already seen alot of improvements by doing more compound exercises vs isolated ones. I do squats, deadlifts, clean and press, dips, chin ups, etc, but when it comes to the bench press.... I just feel flat out weak. I am doing 5x5 for my sets/reps. I can only put a 45 on the bar and barely get it up 5 full reps. It's been like this for awhile. I feel strong everywhere else but for some reason, my bench is weak and my chest shows it.Any recommendations?

- You could try the Vietnam War. It is generally accepted among military analysts of the period that the US could have won (given superior technology and the fact that the US won every major engagement) had easy media access to the war by way of embedded reporters in the field not showered the American public with pictures of death and destruction night after night. Of course, something like this is touchy (some would argue that that was a good thing - you'll need to write a rebuttal for that), so if you're going to use it, be careful.

- It sounds like you have a player and not a recorder which is a complicated process and involves several pieces of equipment that you will have to purchase and will be very hard to find. You could look on Ebay for a wax mastering recorder then you will have to get a vinyl press and the vinyl blanks wow ! I am at a loss for this one because you could end up spending hundreds of thousands of dollars acquiring these items which are now mostly in the smithsonian. Sorry maybe I should just shut up now before I write a book on the subject. Lol Great Question and good luck.

The British government occasionally issues DA Notices (Defence Advisory Notices) to the press requesting them not to report certain matters relating to national security. It would just be wrong to make it a criminal offence to report these matters and the public outrage first steps towards a dictatorship and all that would be possibly even more damaging. Nevertheless the British press is basically responsible and always complies because it knows the damage that would result to itself and the country if it didn't. If nothing else, a press organisation or newspaper that didn't comply would quickly find itself disrespected, bankrupt and out of business. As with so many things British, so much is unwritten but we know how to play the game - and that's why so much remains unwritten. It doesn't need to be.

No, there's no difference in quality between a $10 press and a $20 press. The pros of using a press is that the natural oil in the coffee is not strained through a paper filter, so you get more flavor in your coffee, if all goes well and French presses are great for camping, since you don't need electricity-you just need a gas stove, a kettle, and boiling water. The cons of using a press is that you have to use a coarser grind as a finer grind will cause the screen to get clogged and you'd get grounds in your coffee and since you have to grind the coffee coarser, you need to add more beans as adding what you normally would will cause your coffee to be watery; the oils naturally found in the beans, which are not filtered out, can cause your cholesterol to go up if you drink too much French press coffee. Here's how to use one: 1) Put the kettle on 2) take the plunger out of the press 3) grind the coffee beans 4) pour the boiling water into the press. Wait until the last minute before grinding the beans, or they'll go stale. When the water boils, put the grounds into the press and then pour the water into the press. Let the coffee steep for about 4 minutes, shorter or longer, depending on your taste. Don't press down the plunger until the coffee is done steeping. After your coffee is done brewing, then press down the plunger. Enjoy your French press!

- There is really no good bench press and bad bench press. Everyone is different and can lift different amounts. If that is your heaviest you can lift, I think that is pretty good for you, but someone the same size and weight might lift 100lbs and that could be good for them.
