- Start with 30 lbs each as the previous poster said. Try to do 20 reps. If you can do more than 15 reps, while maintaining proper form (i.e. without shaking, arching your back, banging the weights together at the top), you've got to little weight. If you can't do more than 8, you have too much weight. Two days later, adjust the weights accordingly, and try again. It shouldn't take you more than three sessions to figure out where to start.

- Loose Setting Powder is the first loose powder that I've ever bought. I'm not sure how it rates with other powders but I can tell you this, it is very silky (for a lack of a better word) feeling against my skin. I love it and I will continue to buy it. The translucent is wonderful because the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer I bought is a little to dark for my skin but this applied after the moisturizer evens it out perfectly.

- If the pain is only occurring when you press on it it is more likely to be either muscle or nerve in origin. Lung problems or stomach problems usually do not hurt when you press on the area. The pain also is not typical of cancer unless you feel a lump in the area that hurts too. You can try Advil or Motrin for pain or apply heat to the area see if it helps. If the pain continues, you can always have your doctor check on it.

You can use an Arbor press to (typically used for metal fabrication): Assemble Flatten Cut Mark Straighten Broach Punch Stake Pierce Bend I'm sure that there are other uses that you could find for them but these are the most common. Do not count on being able to hang your garment bag on the plane--- many planes no longer have little closets and when they do, they are reserved for first-class passengers (although with that much travel, you should have free upgrades to first class pretty quickly). A small aerosol bottle of Static Guard helps a lot too!
